This subway has rude workers that do not want to be there. The food however is good and fresh but the workers are not. Terrible service and terrible management.

This was the worst subway experience I have ever had. Both of the employees who were working were so high that they could not make my sandwiches and it took 20 minutes to make four sandwiches with me having to repeat the order multiple times and a lot of people in line standing behind me. One of the employees was very visibly pregnant as well and high af. I was ordering a kids sandwich for my baby with the plan of just taking the turkey and cheese off and tearing it into small pieces so that she could eat it in her car seat and I asked if I could please have a plastic salad bowl To put her turkey and cheese in so that she could hold it on her lap and eat in her car seat and they told me that no they could not give me a plastic bowl without charging me seven dollars for it, the cost as if I had ordered a meal that came in a bowl, when all I wanted was the empty bowl. I spent $37 on sandwiches and couldn’t even get a plastic bowl without paying seven more dollars. This is the most stingy trashy subway I’ve ever been to! One of the employees who was off the clock and was standing there ended up on the phone with the owner and she even asked him if there was a way They could charge me the cost of the bowl without the entire meal and he said no. There was no way I could just get a empty bowl. The owner doesn’t care at all about the condition of his employees or about customer service!

Bread was. Not done . Nothing fresh. Service was not good. Just aweful!! No straws drink machine was down just could go on and on i went in the daytime and was the best service but not tonight! So disappointed!!!

I ordered sandwiches through the app, paid for extra meat on one and extr Onions and cheese on the other, and this is what I got. Never spoke to a manager despite multiple attempts to contact him. I didn’t want to have to leave a review but the whole experience has been incredibly upsetting and unprofessional.

N A S T Y!!!!!! The food was frozen. Bread was moldy and both me and wife got sick and didn't eat more than 2 bites each and threw them out the window. It tasted like a 6in spoiled club with creamy vegs and special mold bun. THANK GOD I GOT CHIPS!

Moved to the area a while ago. I went there several times. The customer service was consistently awful. I'm not sure who hates their job worse, McDonald's employees or Subway. When I had my first job, when there was a line of customers, I moved with a purpose. These employees only moved to keep their heart rate moving at its lowest to stay alive. Just let the customers make the sandwiches, the line will move faster. The food is fine. It's Subway, nothing special.

Tried to get sandwiches. They didn't have bread ?. How can you make sandwiches in a subway without bread?

The two women and the male who work the morning and lunch shift are racist. If you're not white they will put your change on the counter and your receipt as well as stare at you while you're in your vehicle as if you are doing something wrong being there. The male thinks he is a police officer and treats every black male who walks in as a suspect. If he was such a great enforcer of the law he might ought to be a member of the Sheriffs department or Tuscaloosa Police Department and not standing down there in Fosters making sandwiches! The oldest woman is either standing outside the door smoking or lazily attending to customers with a 50/50 chance she washes her hands. The other woman isn't as bad as the other two but I have seen her down there longer so I would think she was the senior employee so how the new ones act is a reflection on her. I remember one time walking in and the guy was talking about a black guy who had a white wife had a gun, that he was casing etc, he was in there making up stuff left and right. People like him cause small situations to turn big and for situations that aren't situations to turn big because of ignorance and lies. All 3 need to be fired and since this is a at will state there shouldn't be any hold up. Replace them with people who want to do the work and aren't racially biased and don't think they're cops... they're sandwich makers for Christ's sakes just make sandwiches! And if they don't like where they are in life they should look in the mirror and tell themselves they're going to do better. Considering they are who represent that little town when interstate traffic stops for gas and food it's imperative that good and decent people have those positions. Update! I called the store and voiced my concerns that the store employees seem to have a race problem. The person on the phone who didn't supply a name said he was the owner of the subway and he called my concern "garbage". He went on a tirade saying everyone wants to bring race into everything and because he is biracial he finds it hard to believe. As far as putting the money on the counter he said he instructed them to do that because of Covid, I replied that the lady wasn't wearing a mask so how is laying someones change on the counter a safer guideline? He just began to be more angry and say that on top of that he can't make his employees wear masks because they have doctors notes and that it's unconstitutional hearing an alleged owner of a sandwich shop say this was stomach turning. We continued to talk and I asked him not to cut me off and guess what his response was? "I will not"... lol in the moment I was a little mad but deep down I couldn't help but laugh! This is a business owner being a total j**** going on a constitutional rampage, and treating me like a mere peasant beneath him. Given the nature of the call I expect nothing but trouble every time I go dow there now. You have bad employees that are emboldened by an even worse "owner" which is a recipe for absolute chaos. I would recommend no one do business there as long as this "owner" has it. And share this review everywhere because I am not afraid of him, the employees or anyone and given this is a small area I know they'll be idiots. He closed the call by telling me I should not come back to the store hahaha I can't believe a relative of mine got elected to represent this place! Update! I found out the owners name and I have seen him there before but not often as leadership is never around as stated in other reviews.

I has gotten 4 separate sandwiches. 2 of them had hair in them. A short brownish blackish color. My mother has blonde and I have purple hair. I have tried calling this store MULTIPLE times since last night. I was hung up on 3 times.
