Let’s talk about it. Food is hot and always just as you order it. Service is amazing manager faith visits my table and asked about the service and the food. And where I was sitting I see in the kitchen. And y’all they was wearing gloves and changing them out left and right. Clean clean clean. Great job guys!!!
When we arrived, there was nothing to say seat yourself or wait to be seated. We learned from others already there it was seat yourself. There were no clean tables available. They are very slow about cleaning off tables after people get done and leave. My husband ordered the fried pickle burger and I ordered the pimento bacon chicken sandwich. After a little over an hour, our food came out, but the waitress sat a burger in front of me, not the chicken sandwich I ordered. I told her that wasn't what I ordered and that I ordered the chicken sandwich. She then told me no, I hadn't ordered the chicken, but she would have the order redone. After sitting there waiting on the correct food to come out for another hour my husband stopped our waitress and asked her how much longer it would be. She told my husband there was a party of thirty in front of my order and they would get to it after that. I told her just to bring the check for my husband's meal and cancel my order. I was not going to sit there for three hours waiting to eat. I don't understand why my order was put behind a party of thirty when the waitress clearly messed up! This was also the first time I have gone somewhere and the waitress basically argued with me about what I ordered. I know what I ordered and my husband heard it too. What happened to apologizing for the mistake and making it right. I understand that happens sometimes. My husband also said his burger must have sat for a bit because the fried pickles were soggy.

We was in town today from out of town. We had the worst experience ever in a restaurant. We ordered an appetizer that came after or food after we waited almost an hour for 6 Rockefeller. They was customers that came in after us that got there appetizers and there food and eat and payed and left before we got our food. We was there 2 1/2 hours the food was cold when we got it and asked to speak with a manager and they would not come out to talk with us. The waitresses was so rude and under professional to help us. I would not reckon amend this place. Never had a place so rude as this place was. I eat in the scottsboro Al restaurant and never experienced any issues with them.
