This is hands down one of the best sports bar/restaurant I've ever been in. First off most sports bars are very loud due to the sporting events they have playing on the TV's, but this one is very calm and peaceful even though it's a sports bar. Secondly, the staff are all super friendly and very accommodating. Now on to the best part the food! I ordered wings and substituted a salad for the fries due to dietary restrictions and both were amazing! The wings were cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor! Even though it was a substitute salad, it was quite large! The friends I ate with had burgers and they said they were some of the best they ever had. They also had some of the fried jalapenos and I tried a couple and they were a terrific appetizer! If I'm ever back in Gadsden, I'm coming back to Jefferson's!!

My youngest and I stopped for lunch. The food was excellent and my only complaint that is nit picky was that they had 4 TVs clustered together and on but not receiving a signal so just had an error code. There were TVs on the other side of the room that was off so this was the only distraction on the atmosphere. Our server recommended the fried pickle burger and it was awesome. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again so I can try other options ?

Maybe we just caught them on a bad night but the experience was horrible. Our server just ghosted after bringing the 2 of the 3 entrees ordered. I never got mine. Also, I got charged for things like extra chips and 3 condiments we didn't order, and had to argue with a manager to get them removed. As bad as that was, the couple next to us had it worse - they sat there for 30 minutes and never got served, eventually just got up and left. Won't be back.

Came in tonight with my wife. Ordered 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches. One tasted like the cook spilled the salt shaker on it, the other was half burnt. Sent both back. I asked for a new Philly and my wife asked for a grilled chicken sandwich.We kept our sides while waiting for new sandwiches. We asked the waitress to bring more dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries while we waited for new sandwiches, never came back with dipping sauce the fries got COLD so we only ate 1 order of fries! 35 minutes later, the second Philly came out 20% burnt. My wifes chicken sandwich came out FRIED not grilled. I asked for a manager and told her our experience was ridiculous. She never apologized. Her excuse was that they were busy. After being in the restaurant 1.5 hours, and asking for a manager, my wife finally got a GRILLED chicken wrap. Wrap was too salty, she barely ate half. Whole meal should have been on the house!! Manager said we ate too much food for free meals. My wife and I have been married 20 years and NEVER have I EVER sent back a meal or asked for a free meal. What a HORRIBLE experience! We won't be patrons to this Jefferson's!

Overall, not a bad spot. The portions were fair, the food was good, and our waitress had excellent customer service skills! Also, a lot of food and drink options, which is a plus. Not giving five stars, because the tables were a little dirty, I had to wait awhile for my food, and when I finally got it, parts of it were cold. I’d recommend this place and would try it again.

I've ordered from this location many, many times before and never had a problem until today. I ordered 80 hot wings (extra wet) when my wife got them home they were bone dry. I called to explain the problem after about 15 tries because the phone continued to go to voicemail, when i finally got in touch with them the manager was very, very rude!!! She made all types of excuses, acting like it was my fault. I paid over 100 dollars for these wings and expect them to be the way I want them. It'll be very hard for me to order from this location again with the way I was stolen to.

I like Jeffersons but this Jeffersons is awful. My food was burnt and I waited over an hour to have it remade. When the food was remade it came out burnt and wrong again which defeated the whole purpose of sending it back in the first place. I received hardly half credit when full credit should have been given to me as the customer. Once I received the food back the 2nd time I should have left the food on the table and left. Instead had to eat a burnt and salty sandwhich and pay half price for itVery disappointed and won't be back to this Jeffersons. Corporate will be contacted.

Ordered online and took one hour to get my food. Simply unacceptable. I was prepared to give them 35 minutes, but no when I arrived to pick up my food I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. Love the food but if order online should be able to pick it up in reasonable time, and one hour is not reasonable.

I’d give zero stars if I could lol! We went there to eat for my sisters birthday everything was good we waited a while for our food and it came out cold and burnt . ..no big deal .. then we’re waiting after finishing our food for a WHILE now . So We had to get up and ask someone for our check and find out our waitress went on break .. okay cool . but then we walk away and another waitress named Katelyn yells out “I’m tired of the attitudes “ all because we was ready to go and asked for our checks . Bad service all around and it’s usually the best… I don’t know what went on today
