We showed up at 8pm on a Monday. We were taking a friend out after a tragic loss. But it seemed like they didn’t want our business at all. The manager was staring at us to order, bus people up our butts before we even got tickets. Our server and chef were absolutely amazing, but everyone else acted like they couldn’t be bothered to have our business. Overall a very terrible experience.

This used to be a good place to dine. But not anymore. Only took 5 minutes to be seated. But 16 minutes before a waitress came to get our drink order. Then 10 minutes to get the drinks. And fyi. We weren't in a rush. But the entire dinner took forever. Arrived at 5:43 pm. Walked out at 7:39. Came to take food order but no menus. There's now a poster on the wall with the menu. Only one and it was behind us. So has to turn and look best could. Not being nick picky but this isn't some mall cafe food joint lol. Order steak and chicken combo..... sorry sir we are out of chicken. Ma'am? Yes, sorry we are out of chicken. Ummm ok. Steak and shrimp then. Wife got steak and salmon. Also Something not expected was the "yumm yumm" sauce was given in small plastic containers. A little tacky for what this restaurant represents. Overall the food was good. Average of any hibachi grill. Oh, and they were out of broccoli with their vegetables. Also it seems their prices increased, which i understand. But also the quantity decreased. I normally always have leftovers to bring home. Not this time. Haven't been here in a while, and most certainly will be a lot longer while till next time, if any. Overall I would say go elsewhere. If you must have then might be ok to go. Just do not except friendly service and maybe they will have what's listed on the menu.wanted this to be great. But was average at best. 2 combo entrees. 2 sweat teas Total $100

Waited for over an hour for food. Complained two times, once from us and once from the other people waiting, with no answers. Everyone was out of drinks. Waiting and waiting. Two grills full of people that came in way after we did ate before us and left before we got food. Once the chef finally came at about one hour and 15 minutes, he was day # one on the job. The food was not good. We figured now what's the point of saying anything else. The bill came, and we paid full price. We will not return. It's a real shame. We loved eating here.

Hibachi performance was poor for 5yo 1st. I asked for an experienced chef and was more than underwhelming, he was non English Hispanic and he misunderstood many requests.No Lo-mein noodles, instead it was Linguini.2 Only TWO tricks. (I should go 1 star)He spread raw egg yolk on everything by not using gloves and touching EVERYTHING... Plates, sauce, spatula ECTPsChef directly behind us was looking awesome from our tables view.

I don't know how to express how much I eat here. The staff is always super friendly and very prompt no matter what side you sit on. The Sushi here is absolutely fantastic. It's not too much other stuff and tastes authentic vs. a chain sushi restaurant.

LOVE KOBE JAPANESE STEAK HOUSE!! Their food style and flavor was pretty authentic for me. I live in Atlanta most of the time but always go back to kobe whenever I am near visiting the lake. You can never go wrong with their specials:))

So my husband and i just ordered using Gadsden to go. He ordered the fillet, i ordered the chicken. He ended up getting salmon instead (cold and tiny) I wasn’t able to get a pic because he was in a hurry after waiting on the delivery for so long (not the restaurants fault) i open my box and as you can see it looks as though someone has eaten half of mine. The veggies are non existent, very cold, no flavor and double the price as we’re using the delivery app. We have been inside a few times and food has been good, Togo food orders should be just as prioritized as inside food orders this meal was terrible and 80$.

Red Roses

The cook gave us straps and we gave the best tip. That gones to show don't judge a book by it's covers. Never again. They caderd to the other people because they thought we wasn't going to tip and my daughter gave him a 20 dollar tip and she didn't know what had happened until we checked out . When I tell you they started with them and we were there first he gave the all the meat and veggies I had to ask for broccoli and other veggies he gave them most of the rice it was sad I just didn't say anything I sat there in disbelief thinking that the heart of people is going to have to change . I mentioned it to the manager and he apologized but we will never spend 140 plus a 20 tip with people that don't appreciate our business.
