My family and I enjoy this pizza buffet. It's amazing! The store is always clean, stocked with fresh food and the staff is always top notch. If you're passing through and get hungry definitely stop in and see for yourself. You won't regret it! Came in to enjoy a nice meal with my family and the little red Head girl came by wanting to grab our plates. Basically rushing us up every 3 minutes. She needs to let people be.
The ppl were really nice but I wish the buffalo pizza had more sauce on it, and the large booths were pretty dirty, like build up on the floors by the walls, and the metal beams holding the benches were covered in layers of food

We drove 3 hours to spend time with our granddaughter and came to Barone’s Pizza and Arcade because there’s no Chuck E Cheese in Gadsden. It cost $35 for 2 adult buffets and 1 small child. Glad the drinks are included, otherwise that would be way too much! The buffet pizza was hot, fresh and good. There was a good selection of pizzas to choose from, the desert pies were ok. Salad bar was also good, just which they had some shredded chicken for my salad because I don’t eat pork. Pasta was not good. The Arcade is outdated and a big disappointment. Most of the games were broken or malfunctioning. There are no games for smaller kids and my granddaughter left upset.

Man, I hope this place gets better. I had so much hope. Pizza buffets just disappoint, I think, pretty much everywhere. First off, it's way too expensive in my opinion for the quality of food you get. If you want adults to come in here and eat, all the screaming kids won't make me come back. I get it, it's a family place, but kids don't have money. The pizza tasted alright, but it was when we got home that the real experience started. The whole rest of the day my wife and I were both in and out of the bathroom like clockwork with horrible diarrhea. It was ALL DAY. Not even a chance of either of us going back. Kids systems must be able to handle this, because we couldn't. Ugh.

Waited 20 mins for pizzas to cook to go, went to pick up, cashier dropped one of them out of the box so we were asked to wait 8 more mins while they cooked another one. When picking up the new pizza the second employee dropped out a few slices from the box into the floor yet again. So instead of the manager (I’m assuming bc she presented herself as such) offering to refund my money or something more to make it right she offered me 2 slices cut from a pizza she had coming out of the oven.Get home and one of the other pizzas was not edible, taste as if the dough was still raw/uncooked. Not a pleasant experience!

We go here every week with our kids and they love it but this past week it was not the experience we usually get. Ordered my husband his usual pizza and it was a disaster. The guy that brought it was a mess himself. The quality and experience was as bad as the pizza looks.
