Been here a few time and by far the last few times we have gotten great service. If you have an opportunity and like good Italian food. Laurie, Is the best server. And when you ask for Al dente pasta. They delivered. Thank you and will be there again. Great food. Great service. Now please. I would just hope that you give them a good try. You know how service can be these days. Just give it a try. Hopefully you will feel the same as myself.

The food was delicious but holy cow is it COLD in the new location! Definitely bring a thick jacket if you’re going to eat inside. It’s almost so cold that it’s miserable. I wish my gym cranked the AC even half as much as they do.

We ordered meatball subs for delivery as well as a chicken parm sub, and a Greek salad and dessert. All of the food was delicious. We did have an issue with the lack of disclosure on the menu about how they prepare the meatball subs. I’m posting only so others aren’t caught off guard. They slice up a couple of meatballs and fill a giant piece of bread with a few measly slices of meatball. Not exactly the “sink your teeth into a meatball” experience mu husband and I were seeking. If you rearrange the slices and throw away half the bread, you get closer to a meatball sub experience. With that said, flavors were great, the sauce was delicious. But the meatballs and cheese were definitely lacking for the price. The chicken parm sub was delicious as was the salad.

Absolutely wonderful service!! The food was wonderful and the dessert wines were SO good and I'm not normally a wine person. But our server was literally the Sweetest lady I've had as a server. I would give more stars of possible!! Definitely will be back here again! Prices were also very good! Thank you for a wonderful \\\"after the movie\\\" evening out! I needed a great experience like this more than anyone could imagine!

My 2 year old son \\u0026 I both cannot have dairy \\u0026 their cauliflower crust pizza with no cheese is AMAZING. My son will eat 4 slices! It's so good. They are also kind enough to bring us bread without the mozzarella cheese on top upon request. They are so, sweet \\u0026 accommodating. 10/10 recommend. And the new location at the Gadsden mall is a great atmosphere!

Ordered 2 pizzas bread and meatballs. They literally cooked the pizza and meatballs and we had to eat over 15 minutes after those were done for them to cook the bread because “they won’t all 4 fit in the oven”. Absolutely ridiculous. Not caring employees who clearly have no idea what they are doing and know nothing about customer service. Update: the pizza was horrible even warmed up. So we dropped over $60 on cold bad food after rude horrible service.
The last time I went there the food was amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is excellent.
