Zaxbys is a very, good, and clean restaurant! The hand breaded chicken fingers, crinkle fries, and Texas toast are always made perfectly and are so delicious. It has great service and very dependable food. Their signature sauce is always the best dipping sauce and they have some of the best salads around town from fast food restaurants! It is a great place to stop to get some lunch or even dinner on a road trip especially if you have little ones! They have the perfect Zax Snack for younger kids that comes with 2 chicken fingers, fries, a little treat, and a kids drink. Their drive through service is always very quick too! I would definitely go to a Zaxbys near you the next time you are looking for a delicious meal!

Food was good except did not make salad as orderedEmployees were quite unfriendly....with exception of the cashier ...he was polite but not experienced enough to take order properly.
I ordered $60 worth of food for the family. When I got home, we were missing a whole meal, so I called the store. I spoke to a lady staff member who stated that I could just come and get the missing meal. I drove all the way BACK to the restaurant and M.O.D. stated that I need a physical receipt for the food missing due to policy. I asked if I could pull up my recent order on my app since I used my rewards. He stated that he would need a physical receipt and would not give me my missing food. I told him I was not driving home to get the receipt and then back to the store AGAIN to get the missing food when the lady on the phone did NOT inform me of such policy. I will be calling corporate.

If I could give no stars I would. The girl working drive through had a major attitude. Never once told me the total when the card didn’t take all the money off and owed the difference of .43 I stated if I would’ve known the total prior a different card would have been used. She then stated that’s not my problem. Had another guy hand me my food and was told hope my day got better and laughed. This experience was uncalled for and corporate has been made aware of it.

14.00 for the wings and things dinner and what I got was cold wings that tasted like they had been sitting there all day . I remember when Zaxby's used to have good food , I had not eaten there in a few years and decided to give it a go for dinner .What a huge mistake and waste of my money. I won't be back and I will let others know about this experience. The food was absolutely disgusting.
