We stop here regularly and walked in with 15 minutes before the lobby closed. The lady and other workers were very nice and polite. Even making my 3 year old laugh. Waited patiently on us and the bathrooms were clean and open too.

We were traveling through and wanted something close to our hotel, so since we have never had Krystals we walked across the street. The kids loved the burgers and the side chik sandwiches. Chili cheese fries were good, just a little on the salty side. For those that want to complain about the burger, remember this isn't going to be a gourmet char grilled burger. Now let's talk about the staff, they were SO nice!! Even offered to help carry our drinks and food back to our hotel. Now, that is offerings above and beyond. Keep up the great customer service!!

I wanted to try this place since we don't have one from where I'm from and oh my gosh was it disgusting. I have never seen a burger that is mush on both sides of the bread. The food looked questionable and I was scared to eat it. And the place was dirty. The food wasn't good, at all and I can honestly say I'd never got to another Krystal restaurant.The apple pie tasted like medicine and the sprite was just awful. No clue how that was messed up.

Not sure how the food was walked inside stood there 5 minutes no one said a thing to me there were plenty people working 4 cars in the drive through 4 people sitting inside. They were running around like they lost their mind. I went to Arby’s !!! Good food there !
