Okay I will try to be as helpful as possible to all you guys who read these before you go.Atmosphere: Workers here are really nice, gave us suggestions(first timers), and took care of the problem we had which I’ll get into later. The table we sat at, we love the round table but it kept moving so much(just sit somewhere else lol). The drink machine was not working! I poured 5 different drinks and none of them were good because something wasn’t right so I waved the right flag and got a drink from the counter. Bathrooms were clean however we did show up on open lol.Food: I want to start off on a good note, the tenders were great, I loved them, super fresh and breading was good. Fries also good, had seasoning on them which helped them even more. The wings were great, the Hot Honey made the wings 9/10. The toast was also one of our favorites from a couple places we tried. However… the bad, the sandwich.. The chicken patty was way too thin, the bread to meat ratio was terrible. The bun should never be bigger than the chicken! lol. The cheese curds were great but it reminded me of a frozen food you’d warm up in a microwave.

My mother and I eat Zaxby's salads often and I think they are great however, I bought 2 salads at the drive through at around 6:30 Friday evening (Oct. 27). They normally have hard boiled eggs and 2 slices of bread. We didn't get any eggs and one salad had 2 slices of bread, the other had one. Curiosity makes me think....Did they run out of bread and eggs? Were they just being lazy? For $12/ salad, I would like the whole salad.On a side note, I have never had an unfriendly employee at your store like you get at so many other places

Took my staff to lunch and it had been forever since eating at a Zaxby's but the Gulf Shores location nailed it. Friendly gracious staff, excellent food and swift service, will be doing this more often.

Sorry to have to do a review because of 1 night of bad service but I have tried to find a good contact number for a district manager and haven't located one. I went to Zaxbys Gulf Shores last night and ordered a salad. There was 1 car they had told to pull into the dark parking lot of a construction zone next door. When I got to the window I asked if they were going to tell me to go over there also and she said yes. For a SALAD. There was nobody behind me either. I left and went elsewhere. I know they do it for their clock time at the window. It is stupid and dangerous to park in a DARK parking lot and sit in your car and customers should not be asked to do so.

Update.The fried chicken philly is ??????????Not bad it's it's fried chicken, I would rate it well above McDonald's and Burger King but it's really a different style of food
The Zensation salad is pretty good. I will return for more delicious choices. Great place to grab a quick bite

I don't eat a lot of fast food, but when I do on the island, I choose this Zaxby's. Their food is always fast and quality, and always comes out hot. There isn't much I don't like on the menu, but I stick to the chicken fingers most of the time. It is a good example of how a Zaxby's should be run. If you need reasonably priced, quality fast food in Gulf Shores this is your place.
