OMG! I love going to eat at this Applebee's. The greeter is so approachable and professional. The young man who always greet us with a big smile and hello. He knows exactly what we want to order because he pays attention to every detail about his customers commencing with the very first time they come in to dine. He takes care of his customers in a very polite and professional matter that is extremely flattering and most memorable. I couldn't believed he still remembered exactly what I had ordered after several passing weeks before we return there for lunch. He was very impressive. Every makes it their business to make sure all their customers are totally pleased with their service. That's why this Applebee's is a cut above the rest of the Applebee's.

Great food and Cold beverages! A bottle beer apiece, a Mich UL & Budwiser, both were ice cold just as beer is supposed to be served unless you're in Germany. A friend and I had the March special of 2/$25.00 Sizzling 6 Oz Steak w/GB, which came with an one appetizer, or 2 Garden/Ceasars Salads. We both chose the Garden Salad, which contained crispy lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, and croutons w/your choice of dressing. Quite refreshing! The steaks came out, "Sizzling," tender, with great flavor. 2 sides accompany this, which was tasty mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli! The server and her follower were extremely knowledgeable, sweet and funny! We'll be back!??

The wait time for your food is ridiculous. We had been waiting on our food for over 30. And at the same time watching others receive their food. My drink wasn't good at all. However the manager worked it out.

Food was a mess. That shrimp chicken sizzlijg dish was burnt the plate was burnt drinks was water downed i mean i guess you get what you paid for but still should definitely be some standards. The server was yelling at the host and co workers the entire meal almost like she ran the place lol. Do better!

DO NOT GO HERE!Got here at 830pm on a Friday night and it was empty and QUIET (first red flag). Didn't realize they closed so early (10pm, second red flag). Walked in and it took 5 minutes to get seated because everyone was in the back except the bartender. Walking to our table we walked past a table with drinks completely full and left behind (third red flag). Our waitress was friendly but never around. Took 25 minutes to get a drink refill with 9 other people in the restaurant. Staff was definitely more worried about talking behind the partition to the kitchen than they were about doing their jobs. Only guy we actually saw working was a tall guy in a gray shirt. He was all over the place cleaning.Our food was subpar at best. We only got appetizers and dessert. It was a quesadilla and chips and queso. Took almost 45 minutes to get out food, the cheese was congealed and the quesadilla was greasy. Dessert was ehhh, it was the Blondie and the Blondie part was dry and rubbery. Ice cream was fine though.

It was getting cold on a Saturday night, so our family decided to come here. The sweet lady who took our to go order was great. She deserves 6 stars. The problem was that the food was horrible. My wife's burger had bread made from concrete. She literally tried to puncture it with a fork. My steak wasn't tender, and the mashed potatoes seemed pureed. The kids' quesadillas were horrible.If we had dined in, we would have rejected everything and left.

Came here with my family and was shocked at how long it took for the food to come out. We sat for over an hour while waiting. We ordered 2 steaks, a hamburger, chicken salad and mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The sticks came out after 25 minutes and it took another 45-50 minutes before the steaks came out, followed by another 10 minutes before the burger and salad. I'll comment on my steak, I ordered it medium rare and it came out more medium well and tough as shoe leather. I didn't even finish it. I subbed a Caesar salad for the mash, which never came nor did I want to even ask for it since it would have taken another hour for it most likely.If you read this, do not come here. I don't even know why you would consider it. Just don't eat and save yourself the trouble and time.I'll say something positive though, our waitress was pretty good. She was nice and seemed to have a nice personality. Outside of that she wasn't really attentive. We had to ask for refills which we got and asked the status of our food about 40 minutes into us waiting and never got a response.I just wished that even after waiting the food was worth the time it took to get, it wasn't. Like I said, save your time and just not eat or better yet eat at a local spot instead.

I ordered two southwest bowls around 12-1230, they’ve just opened at 11am or so…my food ingredients were completely frozen with ice crystals on it. I don't even know if the salmon substitutes were fresh or not. $39 for these two bowls and Ive been chasing to get a refund a week later. Im getting the run-around and it just does not take this much to issue a refund or speak to someone solid over being given frozen food. I have never in my life received frozen from any place of business I’ve patronized. Still pushing for my refund a week later, I will never eat here again. This location was 30min from my house, so I didn’t find out until I got home that I had frozen food.
