I come to Baha pretty frequently.I considered the food to be good.However, after today, I will not be back.I placed a call-in order, and what I ordered is not what I received. Because I am lactose-intolerant, I went back to receive what I originally ordered.After telling the host about it, he goes to address the issue in the back for a refire. And I hear someone, clear as day, say, "Just reuse the same patty."After the host came back, I asked him if what I heard was correct. He confirmed that is what was said. He also verified it was the owner who said this.To have no priotization for health guidelines and lack of consideration for the customer and possible allergies or dietary restrictions are insidious.If they are willing to do this to me, there's no telling what they have done or are capable of doing.Be safe.

The establishment prides itself on its speedy service, a boon for those with tight schedules or in need of a quick meal fix. This efficiency in delivering food without a long wait was a highlight of my visit.Turning to the core of the experience, the sandwiches themselves, I'd say they were alright. While each sandwich was competently prepared, there wasn't a particular aspect that made them stand out from the crowd. They fulfill the craving for a burger without venturing into the realm of culinary innovation or distinctiveness. This isn't to say the food was lacking in quality, but rather that it didn't surpass the expectations set by a typical burger joint.

Neat rustic place. Order at the counter and it comes to your table. Self serve fountain drinks and tea. Not a big menu but some unique choices. I don't think our order could come out any quicker. Outside seating and a couple of TV's on the walls.

Nice burger place in Hoover with a good atmosphere Have eaten here a few times and it is always good. Had the Classic Burger with half onion rings and half fries. The burgers are excellent and the sides are good. The service has always been very good.

First time trying this burger joint! The hostess was super friendly and knowledgeable. We got the bacon Swiss burger (added a fried egg) with tots and the fried catfish sandwich with okra. Burger was good, the egg was over fried in my opinion and the okra wasn’t done at all. It was completely inedible, we both tried one and had to spit it out and discard the remainder. The tots were crispy and the catfish seemed to lack seasoning but was overall a very well fried catfish. Not expensive, but not at all within my budget...HOWEVER TOTALLY WORTH IT!! The menu online was my first pleasant surprise, easy to see, read and understand unlike most. The service was kind and considerate.[ I have not seen that since covid began.] The food was absolutely fantastic. The onion rings were from another world....just heaven. Thank you guys so very much!ASAP I will bring my sweet mother soon as she comes into town.
The burgers are hands down some of the best I have ever had! We love their fries and my daughter begged for another grilled cheese. ?

My family loves Baja burger. My out of town family always requests to eat here when in Birmingham and the food is consistently great. A nice casual place to eat with outdoor options on a nice day. Eric is always welcoming and friendly and leads a great team.

I count this as one of the best burgers in the Birmingham area. Very juicy! They have a gluten free bun which I require. I love the option of crispy tater tots instead of French fries too!
