After ordering 2 orders of 3 piece chicken with fries, didn't check inside of chicken, when bit into it, was not done on inside. I got nauseous. The cost for 2 meals was $20.00 plus. Didn't go back because of huge line with a riduculos maze of a car line and I couldn't have ate a replacement if I wanted. Could make someone seriously sick. Last time at a Chick-fil-a. Check your chicken before eating.

I never liked chick fi a food, only thing that kept me coming back was the service. Somehow now they always manage to forget something in your order....
So I have never had bad service from any store. 8:03pm I get myself and grand some food make it home 15 min away. My fries cold and I speak with manager and he makes and app adjustment. I call back to tell him about the rest of my food was cold and he stated he could not guarantee me warm food that long because it was now 8:47pm. the food was cold all at the same time, smh.I am going to write it off that it was closing time but I am disappointed!!!!#7331427

Now I’ve never had a bad experience at this chain until today. I placed a mobile order, pull up to the window food is not ready but the 3 cars behind me food is ready. They served these ppl behind me. Mind you I’m in the drive thru so they can’t leave until I get my food. I literally see the worker give a bag to the car directly behind me. He then goes back to this same vehicle and retrieves the bag and then starts walking towards my vehicle. I asked him did he just get the bag from someone else, he says yes. I told him I did not want it and to take it back and have them remake it. He walks back to the drive thru window and tells them to rebag my food INSTEAD OF REMAKING IT. I just wanna know why? Is it not common sense to remake a persons food after you have given it to someone else who had their hands on it. I asked for a refund and left. Clearly you can’t trust some of these food service workers.

I got in line and waited to find out I couldn’t order because of a small sign that was for internet orders so I said I was sorry I didn’t see the sign could you take my order they said no you would have to go back around again I was so humiliated about this service and I’m a very calm person you guys are wrong for that service…

Ordered a tray to be delivered between 545 and six. Got home at 2 o’clock and it was delivered to my door at one called and they said they would deliver a tray between 545 and six called back 30 minutes later and said he checked with upper management and they said they would not do anything, I asked him to tell them to call me and never heard from them I’m done with this location
