I ordered a bowl. Asked for no rice but asked for small amount of beans & vegetables. I didn't want any cheese either. I asked for chicken. He gave me half of a scoop. I asked him to give me the regular amount of chicken. I was told I had to pay for extra. I said I'm not asking for extra just the regular amount. He said this is it. You would have to pay for extra if you want more. I just said ok and paid extra. I also had to ask for more lettuce from the second guy. Mind you they he had just fixed one in front of me and gave him a full overflowing scoop of chicken and everything else. They could hardly close the box it was so full of everything. But NO extra charge. I pretended not to but I watched when 3 other guys came in behind me and he did the same for them. Overflowing scoops of meats and lots of cheese but said nothing to them about extra charges for them. I was not treated with respect at this location. They are biased and unfair to some of us. I definitely won't be going back.

Too busy worrying about going on “his break” Lazy is an understatement. When you have several people in line, you take care of them first. Totally ignoring the people in front of us that were standing there well BEFORE “his break” 3:15pm 3/16/24. Managers need to take care of this issue. My first visit to a Chipotle and now my last, without ordering. Good Luck!

I came here tonight right at dinner time so there was a line but the workers were kind and handled the crowd very quickly. I have been here multiple times and never have any issues.

They are always out of Fajita and other veggies. When asked about when they would be refilled the answer would always be 20-30 mins. Employees didn’t seem to care about it and had to pay full price for the veggie bowl. Don’t recommend this location for veggie bowl.Very disappointed each time we stopped by. Didn’t expect this from Chipotle.

I loved Going to this chipotle, the only thing I didn’t like about this chipotle was their queso, it’s very watered down and doesn’t taste like much of anything bf compared to the other locations. I ordered my usual bowl with two tortillas on the side and a burrito for my wife and ordered to have it picked up. When I got my food I thought everything was fine since I got everything I ordered but my wife’s burrito on the other hand is another story , when she took the aluminum foil off ants were on her burrito. No ants were in the bag at all or around it. Just found it very gross that bugs were in our food when we literally just picked up the food and the bag was sealed. This place definitely needs a health inspector.

Last year this location was very stingy with the serving size. This year, they did not have steak nor fajita veggies and the place was not clean. The staff each time was unapologetic. Must be something going on with the management of this location because most Chipotles are at the very least acceptable.

Yelp! I'm a novice to Chipotle. So, I got all my sauces on the side, guac, queso, sour cream, medium salsa, and special vinaigrette sauce. We are a party of 3. EVERYBODY got a chicken bowl of some variety. I chose white and brown rice mixed with 5 black beans. Literally. And, this kid ask me do I want to mix them with pintos? Um no, I live 20 miles from here. I added chicken with corn salsa, pico, cheese and lettuce. Yum. Guac and special sauce delicious. I grabbed Izze sparkling grapefruit to wash it down. Tables were disgusting but frontline sweetness came to wash one down as requested. Note the stars. Y'all busy too, so I get it. Y'all already know, if I'm in the neighborhood, I'll be back.

the customer service was terrible, got the wrong pickup order and when drove back to pickup right order. they didn’t even feel bad about it or anything. and gave no compensation.
