I go out of my way just to go to this Five Guys location. It's always great and just tastes better. It's one of the more expensive places that I get burgers from, but I watched them make my food with care. It was 9:33pm and I still got two burgers that could go on a commercial.

Worst Five Guys I’ve Ever Had, Ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger , Got All The Way Home And They Forgot The Bacon, Went Back Got A ReOrder And They Forgot The Bacon Again, Asked For A Refund , So I’m Guessing She Was The Manager , She Asked If I Had My Receipt , Went Out To My Car & Couldn’t Find It In My Car , Went Back In & They Added Bacon To The Burger, Got Home Took One Bite Out The Sandwich & Some Slimey Stuff Similar To Spit Came From The Burger , I Cried And Just Threw It Away. Out Of All The Experiences This Had Been My WORST , I’ll Never Eat Here Again.

The food was excellent. The portions are incredible. Got a whole bag of French fries including my regular order. The burger was terrific. The service was impressive.

Fries were delicious!! Wanted to get them with cheese but they were not able to do that?? Even tho they have cheese on other items. Staff was efficient but not very friendly. Still, fries were amazing!

You like burgers? You like fries? I don't even know if this place was founded by Five Guys but this hit the spot! ?? They got milkshakes, veggie burgers, even chili dogs too, not to mention this was my first time at one and it honestly wasn't too bad, just me included. Looking around, you can already tell the restaurant has been recognized by many, so it's a surprise that I haven't even tried it myself yet, what for you waiting for, go try this masterpiece!!! ?

Five Guys taste great but comes at premium. I've noticed that this location is dirtier than other locations that I have visited outside of the Birmingham area. Dining at Five guys cost my family of five just as much as most full service restaurants. Yet, this locations dining area at off-peak times tables are in need of being wiped down and scraps of foods are littered on the floor throughout the restraurant. We were there for at least 45 minutes and noticed no attempts to clean the dining room while we there. I'm not sure if we are going dine here anymore unless their cleanliness improves.

2 burgers, 2 small fries and 2 regular drinks = over $40... Ridiculous price for an average burger. The cheese wasn't even melted. Service was fair but the fry cook screaming across the restaurant repeatedly was annoying. I don't see us returning.
