The speed of Jimmy John's service sets them apart. Your order is usually ready by then time you've paid for it. Add to that good tasting sandwiches with quality ingredients and a friendly staff and they have a winning combination. I really like the Hunters Club. The location is good. The dining area is not large.

If I could give a negative score! I would! Trash is the best word that comes to mind! Ordered a damn number 4 and they give me a freaking lil John with a half the freaking meat! I’m not a vegetarian! I just want something to be made right but apparently this is how this Jimmy Johns operates!

I frequently order from Jimmy Johns and they are usually pretty quick (my office is almost right across the street, we are one red light down). The last 3 times there has either been something wrong with my meal or it has taken very long to get it. When I get to wanting JJ I say, I am gonna give them one more chance. Well this is the last time now. I ordered at 1:02pm, I called at 1:34pm just to check on my order and they said they had ran out of bread and just gotten some more and that my sandwich was being wrapped up to go out now and offered to upsize my drink & a bag of chips. 42 mins later I receive my order. They did upsize my drink but I ordered Sweet Tea and they gave me unsweet. All in all it took them over an hour and 20mins to get me my order

This is one of the worst sites. I ordered a sandwich and I was told I earned a reward. This competent staff forgot to put my reward in with the order and I didn't find out until I returned home. I called the store and someone explained I could pick it up any time and the person would leave a note for the staff. I got back several days later and the worker there tells me "her hands are tied" bc there is no note and basically I'm out of luck until I can produce a receipt. Apparently, they cannot look up my status or rewards, so I earned nothing. This place is a sham and this is not an isolated incident. Everyone would be better off if they just shut this location down.

I wish I could give this one worker zero stars. I walk in and she asks if I had placed a pick up order and I told her no that I would like to place a Togo order and she shakes her head and says “f***” and then when I sign my receipt without a tip she crumbled it up and threw the receipt down on the counter while shaking her head. I would have gladly left a tip per usual if she wasn’t so unpleasant from the moment I walked in the door. She then proceeded to treat the customer after me the exact same way. I understand people have bad days but this was obscured!!

The customer service at this store is lacking, to say the least. I placed an order at this location through Doordash on the evening of July 28. After the order was placed and excepted, the unprofessional associate called to let me know the order would have to be canceled bc they are out of bread. She stated the funds would be refunded to my card in a few days. Fast forward to Aug 2, the charge is no longer pending but is complete. Meaning i was charged for an order i did not receive.I proceeded to call the store as directed by Doordash. The manager, who i won't name explained that he would need to call Doordash as the manager to have the refund completed. He said i should see the refund next day. Next day, no refund. I called back and the manager today was also of ZERO help. The order should have never been excepted by the store bc they knew they had no bread. Which is obsurd all by itself. Take responsibility for your mistakes. You don't get to keep money you didn't earn, and then act as if i did something. Thankfully i called Doordash, and after them being unsuccessful at contacting the store, they made me whole. No more Jimmy Johns for me.

First off this is not a bash session. I've been going to this location for over 4yrs and the service was always on point until today. I ordered two unwich sandwiches and both were missing ingredients and incorrect (Not to mention I don't eat pork and mine had bacon added) so I call the location and they agreed to remake both.. And both were missing ingredients again. Smh at this point just fire the sandwich artist ugh!
