Unbelievably rude! I waited for about 15 minutes at the drive through speaker for someone to take my order. No one did so I pulled up to the window and asked if they could please take my order. The girl at the window said we can’t take orders here so I explained that I had waited in the drive through line for a long time and no one ever came across the speaker to take my order. She yelled out “oh you’re being rude to me!” Confused, I looked around as she surely wasn’t talking to me because I had been calm and polite. I told her that I wasn’t being rude and asked for the manager. She said she was the manager and told me I had to leave. I am in shock! I can’t believe this is how customers are treated. I will be reaching out to the owner of this store. These employees need to do better. They are getting paid to serve customers. These bad attitudes are uncalled for.

Tried to get breakfast here 2 days in a row. I sat a the drive thru for 7 minutes and nobody ever took my order, so I left and went somewhere else. The times I have went here and was able to place an order, have not been good experiences. The person at the drive thru seems like they are yelling at you, because they are so aggressively loud.

445 pm 11/8/22 my husband went to pick up an app order at drive thru was told they don't have the order and would call police. He went into the store to talk to manager and the person working the drive thru was the manager. She still refused to work the order. My husband also tried to just place the order and she refused to take the order. She refused to give name. She refused to give her bosses name saying she doesn't have one. Every manager has a boss right on up to the owner then it stops. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to threaten to call police on a customer trying to pick up an order and has proof that the order was placed and at the right store

First and last time eating here I ordered a sausage biscuit it was dry hashbrown cold my Carmel frappe was just whipcream I got my money back immediately no apology from the lady manager in the window just a attuide because i wanted money back. I could care less I refuse to pay my money for something that's cold and not prepared right. Lobby was closed so less traffic coming thru I will not be returning to this location ever !!!!!

Some black manager/shift leader/ night shift on-call, reallll rude in drive-thru. We get it, no one likes being a manager at a fast food restaurant….but sir ain’t nobody ask you to apply? stop cutting folks off when they’re ordering. IT’S RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL (especially if you’re trying to make this your “career” Mr. Manager). It’s FREE to be nice; after paying, Mr. Manager thought it was cute to slam the drive-thru window…not sure what Ms. Mamas name was, I just know he sounded “sweet.” Food was ok.

It was good. Nothing was missing except for the extra pickles requested on my daughters cheeseburger. Actually there weren't any at all. But no biggy.

Short review: you're better off being hungry than going hereLong review: Horrible place. I know it's fast food, but I've worked in fast food, and this is just awful, there was nothing fast about it either. I refuse to believe there is a manager at all lol. It's hilariously bad. Then the food was colder than my drink. Just moved up here and previously had a McDonald's where I last lived, it was phenomenal compared to this garbage.Lastly, there's some really nice dirt at the edges of the parking lot, maybe try eating that, I promise it'll taste better.

This location has the rudest drive through workers. I had ordered through the app and was told that I had to pay “on site” even though I already went through the app. The app was no help either so I had to go through PayPal to get my refund.They don’t want to help solve a problem,they just want to get an attitude and argue with you.

Stopped by to grab some dinner. Waited at the front counter for 6-8 minutes. Nobody recognized that we were there. Two managers with laptops sitting at tables saw us and did nothing. Even made eye contact. No effort.

Absolute worst service at McDonald's. people who work there think they're on top of the world when really you're just flipping a damn burger. I personally have been in the fast food business before and know how it operates this location needs work. You could stand at the front and wait for them to take your order it would take them 15 minutes to get to you I understand there is a staffing shortage however not everybody wants to use the kiosk I do personally though. I have placed multiple orders at this location and waited from start to finish for a triple cheeseburger meal for about 20 minutes time on each occasion. Go down the road and find another McDonald's this one is for people who don't care about food quality or your personal time

I’ve been eating here pretty regularly for the last year, as I work up the road. The last 3 times I’ve eaten here, I’ve gotten extremely sick with food poisoning. The staff is always nice to me and I know times are tough right now, I just don’t want anybody else getting sick

Ordered a large iced coffee yesterday, was handed a large cup of room temperature gross coffee filled to the top, with not one piece of ice in it. Anyone with half a brain would know they are serving a gross drink. Can’t say I’m surprised, this location always has such awful customer service, the staff struggles to do the bare minimum from my experience. The other location down the road by the mall always has great service and the food is always hot and fresh. Don’t waste your time or energy here.

This place is straight dirt! Customer service straight dirt. They all need to get fired right now. Straight dirt. The night manager had dreads and she was ridiculously rude. She was the main one being rude. She doesn’t not deserve to be a manager. She’s straight dirt.

I really do hate to bash on any place of business. I keep my expectations at a modest level and always try to be polite. But when I drive away not having what I paid for AND feeling as tho a return trip would just be a waste of my time,.. ..well. What else can I say
