Olive Garden at hoover, My friends and I had a reservation 2 weeks back when we reached there the person told there is no reservation under our name however after showing the message they told to wait so that they will arrange the table for us. In this situation there was a lady at the reception desk who was so rude and we felt discriminating and disrespectful the way she treated us as we are also customers to the restaurants and we weren’t any free loaders there the attitude in her face showed it all when the restaurant is hiring people at front desk they should have minimal knowledge how the person should greet and treat the customers. Due to such kind of people we do not feel like going the restaurant

Just A BELIEVER
I actually sent my online order to the wrong OG. I ended up at the Galleria location by mistake. I received my online order with a smile and at a time expected. I ordered two Fettuccine Alfredo meals. Once I got home, I looked in my containers and it was 1/3 of the normal sized amount. Five spoon fulls and the meal was over. It appeared as if one normal serving order was halved for two orders. I was so disappointed! In the future, I will be sure to send my order to the OG I normally order from.

We had a part of 8 for my daughter's 26th birthday. Every single staff member was exemplary. We had the best service ever. Our meals were all delicious and good sized portions. Thanks OG for another great meal with family. ❤️?❤️
