Went there at 10:30 had 2 other pick up orders and when i got there the cho mein wasn’t ready they said it would take 5 minutes and after 30 minutes it was not ready and i had to leave because i was out of time on my lunch break so i took rice and the seats were upside down clearly not ready for opening at 10:30

Employees don’t look happy to be at work at all. Waited for fresh rice. (No problem) But wish they looked happier and actually spoke to you.Also, got our food and they threw it in the bag. Bright side food was great.

You may have to wait on a few items to be remade but the crew communicate well and are respectful. Particularly, the light skinned black lady( I can’t remember her name). She was really nice to me as I waited for my food. Also, the place inside is clean and well taken care of. My food was also hot, fresh, and tasty.Parking: There’s always about 20 spots to park.

Ordered a plate and redeemed an apple pie roll, but when I got back to the hotel, and realized they forgot about the roll.
The worst time management ever… it’s 5:30 in the evening and they don’t have stocked bowls… they’re out of rice… and by the time they get that filled they’re gonna be out of orange chicken… we waited for 30 mins to have them run out of other items we wanted while the rice finally got filled- and rather than take care of anyone waiting in line, they prioritized a long line of Togo orders instead of rotating back and forth between customers who stood waiting as they watched all the food disappear.
