ask for no avocado and you repeated it back to me and i open my sand which and the first thing i see is avocado…. im glad im not allergic to it… do better!! if im paying $17 for one person atleast make sure the order is right.

The Hoover location needs some attention. I ordered breakfast and asked and was charged for chives and onions cream cheese and lettuce on my sandwich. I didn't get either plus was out of coffee!!! I tried calling this location twice when I got to work and realized this and nobody will answer the phone. This seems to be a problem in all the Birmingham locations.

THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED BY SKIBIDI TOILET DONT GO HERE. it was actually terrible. They didn’t toast the sandwich (we asked them to.) and the cheese wasn’t melted, it was cold and they didn’t add anything we wanted. Don’t go here.

Went through drive-thru ordered 3 souffle which were put in bag without the boxes . They broke thru the bag ended on the ground tried to call manager was asked who I was told my name put on hold phone hung up called back repeatedly no answer Would ot have received this type of customer service at the Gardendale storeI'll just stick with Gardendale

Be sure to double check your order with your server. My vegetarian sandwich was loaded with chicken. The server was apologetic and got my order replaced.Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian options. Be sure to ask your server to double check the order.

I guess no one knows how to man the drive thru… sat there for 10 minutes and no one answered then I proceeded to pull to window and still no one seemed to care. It’s not busy for one. I saw maybe 3-4 people in the dine in area.

The ticket on my order stated that everything in the order was verified and inside of the bag. Once I reached my destination and opened the bag, my breakfast was not in the bag and the salad for lunch had the incorrect dressing. When I called, I was told that it would take 2 to 3 days for the refund to appear, unless I came back into the store.

Went through the drive-thru this morning to get bagels and sat at the menu for a minute or two waiting for the person on the speaker, but they never came on. So, I called the location and apparently they never turned on their headsets, so they turned them on and then took my order.Then when I got my order, it was missing two bagels so I drove back around to the drive-thru again and asked about the two bagels and they told me they were in there, so I had to go inside and show them that it was missing two bagels. They asked if I had a receipt and I said no because they did not give me one when I was handed my order. So the guy went and And I guess asked the manager something, and then came back and gave me the two missing bagels.Pretty frustrating experience.

I love Panera. I spent many days/nights during college working or studying at a Panera. We love the one in Vestavia. But this location has let us down a few times. Now, we just drive past it to the Vestavia location. The service is lacking in general but one night in particular, the staff really weren’t working well together. They weren’t communicating with each other and the people behind the window were just goofing off while I waited for food for a while. One girl said pretty loudly, something to the effect of, “I used to think Panera was a nice restaurant… lol”, and then proceeded to trash talk this particular Panera location. If I were the owner of this branch, I’d consider doing some sort of undercover boss thing with the dinner shift. It’s not been the cleanest when we’ve been there for dinner either. Overall, the food is ok. It’s Panera, so they have that going for them. But, they need to get the right people managing that evening shift. Maybe it’s gotten better since we were there. We will give them a try again someday.

Could never get what I want to order either it's too late for breakfast or either it's too early for lunch I don't know if this's just the way I look but everyone I know would order a pizza at 9 in the morning and still get the pizza me they tell me no Don't know if they're discriminating against me In American Latino All my white American friends order what they want and they never have a problem
