The pan pizza(beef, Italian sausage, bacon, bell peppers and black olives) I ordered was cooked to perfection and tasted great. The thin crust(extra pepperoni) was real good. Just should be caution about the cook time for orders with no cheese. But I know that's not the norm so no complaints.?
Online estimate for delivery was 55 minutes took over 2 hours. Food was cold once it arrived.

It was an excellent delivery experience! I ordered a pizza for delivery in the evening. I prepaid for it including tip. It was already out for delivery within 15 mins. It was delivered around 20 mins from the order time. The delivery man was polite and friendly. When we opened the pizza box they had given us generous amounts of the veggie toppings and we really enjoyed Pizza Hut's pizza very much. Thanks again to Pizza Hut on John Hawkins. I will continue to order from them in the future.Vegetarian options: They gave plenty of veggie toppings and we were very satisfied

Every time I visit this Pizza Hut the service here is excellent! The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the promotions and deals. Also the service quick and there is not a long wait time. And it’s always hot. If you are in the Hoover area pick up a box of pizza for a easy dinner meal or party.
Food here is normally great, but the managers are VERY stingy. Charging extra for as many things as possible including cheese. What pizza place charges extra for parmigiana cheese?? Also, $20 for a medium veggie pizza is

I hadn't eaten at the Hut in years so I was a little skeptical about getting take out from here, but it was late and not much was open. I was surprisingly pleased with the pizza, though not so much with the cinnamon sticks. I arrived to pay just as the pie was coming out of the oven, so it was very hot and very tasty. I'd order again, though probably not the cinnamon sticks.
Ordered Pizza Hut delivery last night. Same great taste I remember growning up. Pizza delivered before time promised. Very satisfied.

Curbside Pick-up- There was no direction at the store on where to park or how to pick-up a curbside order. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out and failed attempts to call the store me and my two small children walked in. I didn't want to do this, which is why I ordered curbside pick-up.Order Accuracy- When I walked into the store I was promptly greeted by a cashier who located my order and presented the unfinished order. I had to bring up that only half of the order was there. The wings of my order were not ready yet. After some back and forth with the cashier she went into the back to ask that my wings be made. I waited another 15 minutes while they did so. Sadly I didn't notice till I had gotten home that the wing flavors were not correct. The two orders of wings were not what I ordered and tasted completely different. We did not enjoy them much.What went well- The pizza was exactly what we expected and the family enjoyed the deal for them. I will need to consider visiting that store again and maybe a different company all together as Pizza Hut does not have many locations where I am.
