This location is very unprofessional I place an online order to pick up and as I wait on my order to pay the man at the window ask me would I like to leave a tip i said no thanks that's why I came to pick the pizza up if I was goin to leave a tip I would've got it delivered he had an attitude not cool wouldn't recommend this location my order was on 7-8-2020 I ask for a manager and they said he was busy will have to find me another location

Delivery here on a Friday night was super fast. Person on the phone was also competent. Not the friendliest but she could understand and my order and didn't mess it up. They have contact free delivery but my mom didn't realize it and opened the door and grabbed it before we could tell her lol. Over all food was standard Pizza Hut food. Not my to go pizza place but the people in my house had a craving. Weirdly enough Pizza Hut has some really good wings and big dinner box always feeds my whole family well. Not a local place but they got the food to me fast.

So, we didn't order from Pizza Hit since their food has been subpar as of late, but still had to deal with a rude delivery person. We had gone out to pick up food and when we returned to our apartment, a Pizza Hit delivery person had parked his vehicle in our PAID FOR reserved spot. We had to wait nearly ten minutes for him to deliver his order and then leave. To make matters worse, he almost hit my car leaving since he couldn't be bothered to properly leave in the other direction. No. He had to squeeze by my nice car with his piece of crap. Calling his store to complain was even more of an event since the guy who answered kept putting me on hold and couldn't be bothered to look up who the delivery boy was to the address I gave him. Nope. He kept arguing about the exact make and model car, which I incorrectly guessed, so it COULDN'T have been their driver. Rude and terrible food. Order from Marco's like everyone else and enjoy a good pizza.

We placed our order at 5:40 with a 6:25 delivery time, we recieved our food at 7:05. We ordered a pizza, cheese sticks, wings, and cinnamon bites. Our order was almost an hour late and we live less than 1 mile from the store. The cinnamon bites looked terrible the frosting has a runny mess and they tasted even worse than they looked. Everything arrived cold. Was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever ordered.

My favorite pizza spot hands down. Delivery is quick and pizza options are the best in variety and taste. I love the $5 line up, amongst many other deals. My pizza is always hot and fresh!

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut to order from. I waited two 1/2 hours before canceling my order. I also went through hell to get a refund. Do not order from this location!!!

Pretty classic experience for the small box locations. The one major up for this one is that — unless I've been lucky twice in a row — they have the freshest pizza in those boxes out of any I've ever had. A nice staff, and it looks super clean.

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut before and it's always been a 50/50 shot as to whether your order is edible when it arrives. When it's good, it's really good and when it's bad it's really, really bad. Unless of course you're me ordering from them last night, and then you don't get anything at all. I placed my order at 4:49pm. It said it was out for delivery at 5:11pm, which honestly I was a bit suspicious of this time as usually it takes about 45 minutes for it to finally be out for order. at 6:09pm, after waiting nearly an hour, I call the restaurant. I was put on hold for well over ten minutes, when a nice gentleman finally took my information and told me that the driver had informed him that he had "called a number and it wasn't the right number and he couldn't find where I lived. But he wasn't sure if that was my order or not." I gave him my phone number and confirmed that that was the correct phone number they had in their records. He tells me that my order should be there soon. At 6:36, I call again. This time a very agitated (and probably overwhelmed) lady answered the phone and before I could get two words out she tells me that they only have two drivers and that the online time isn't always correct. I tell her that my order was supposed to be out for delivery at 5:11pm. She finally asks my name and says, "That order should have been long gone." She puts me on hold. After fifteen minutes I'm disconnected. I call again. This time I'm patched through to the supervisor. She tells me she is giving me my order for free and that she's going to have them remake it and deliver it back out to me. I'm happy about the outcome and she puts me on hold to call them. Fifteen to twenty minutes later, I'm disconnected. I call back again. I'm put on hold again. Finally, the same agitated and overworked lady picks up the phone. I tell her about the canceled order and before I can ask when to expect my free order, she literally hangs up on me. I call back again. I'm patched through to another supervisor who informs me that my order was canceled and no free order was ever approved to take its place. I politely thank her and hang up. I've said this before but I swear I mean it this time. I am done with Pizza Hut.

This isn't about the food. They food is ok, this is about the manager Brittany....when I ordered pizza for my husbands surprise bday party it was 3 hours late. The delivery guy was super apologetic and I had called their corporate office to complain bc no one was answering the store phone. They told us the pizza would be on the house bc we waited three hours for it and I had nothing to serve my guests for the party. The delivery man didn't know it was free so he called the manager at the store on his cell. It was on speaker and he asked if he could give it to us for free. She said "SHOVE IT IN THEIR F****** FACE" he was shocked...I was shocked....it was an awful experience. Brittany is an awful manager.

I stopped by this Pizza Hut because all of the other restaurants in the area were very busy with long lines. They had the buffet going on and they did not seem busy. I came in and got a plate and got some pizza. I needed a folk so I got up and looked around and I found one behind the counter. I finished eating and went up to pay. She asked me what I had had to drink and I told her nothing. She rang up 1 buffet meal, I paid for it and left. What's missing? I was never greeted or even waited on. I could not order a drink because no one was waiting on tables. I got up and looked for my own fork because no one was there to help me. The help were all busy talking with each other and with friends that had stopped by. I WILL NEVER ENTER ANOTHER PIZZA HUT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! The last couple of visits to other Pizza Huts have been as equally poor. My advice - sell your Pizza Hut stock, they are going under!
