Went thru the drive thru on the way home tonight to pick up dinner. Got our order home and it was not our order. Went back to get the correct order and shame on me for not checking it in the parking lot! Got home and the order is still incorrect. I understand being short staffed and busy , but please get the order right the second time. Wasted $30. Definitely not happy and not going back a third time tonight.

I wanted to write a review to express how nice the lady at the drive thru was to me. She had a blue shirt and I think her name was Joy (?). Her friendliness and willingness to help will keep me coming back. If all of your employees are like her, you have an amazing staff! Keep up the good work!

I love Schlotzsky's and seak it out anytime I'm passing through an area that has a location. However, this location did a horrible job. Sandwhich was done wrong at first and even once it was right, the turkey tasted off and it wasn't heated through. The sourdough was still good which redeemed it ever so slightly, but the sandwich was ruined with the turkey being messed up. The lady who took my order was nice and the man who made the sandwhich was nice about it being wrong at first, but that only counts for so much when your food is ruined. This location is also much less pretty inside than most Schlotzsky's; all beige and no color.

My experience on today was terrible lady in drive-thru was extremely rude and when I told her she said oh you haven't saw rude? I've been coming here many times on my lunch and never experienced rude service so with that being said don't think I will ever return.

I have been going to this Schlotzsky's just outside of Birmingham for twenty years. It is one of the best Schlotzsky's stores I've been to, and I've been to A LOT of Schlotzsky's restaurants in different parts of the country.Schlotzsky's sandwich is simply the best sandwich on the planet.I have a great, heart-warming story about a true act of kindness bestowed on me by one of the managers if the B'ham store - but it's a little long ... so, I may post it on a website later and provide a link - it was truly a moment that captures the Schlotsjy's franchise spirit, and I believe what makes it a great restaurant.Try the Schlotzsky's "Original" sandwich and I think you'll see what I mean.P.S. I wish Schlotzsky's would open a shop in Baltimore or Washington DC.

The regular sandwich is incredibly good! Interior is overdue for a serious refresh/ remodel. AJ seems very capable and diligent. He and female in kitchen did A+ job taking care of my order.

I thought this place was CLOSED! There is NO sign and lots of lights on the building and name are out… AS WELL no lights on the parking lot! It could be dangerous:( My first thought, IF this place was light , had a sign and looked open how much MORE business the owner and staff would enjoy!???Food and staff were great!!Parking: Not safe need lightsWheelchair accessibility: Dark at nigh/ evening not safe for wheelchair or anyone needing to be more careful
