Ordered 40 oz power punch plus at 6:05 3/24 it took 42 minutes before I received my order. I watched multiple people come in after me and order and leave with their smoothies. My wife & I will no longer be customers at this location.

Waited an hour for our smoothie and never got it. They made everyone’s smoothie after us even after we told them we still never got our order. Couldn’t even get a refund because the manager was not there so we left with nothing. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service over the phone. I called to see if I could have a poorly made smoothie that I purchased at one location remade at this location (since I was now closer to this location). I could have provided my receipt from a few minutes ago as well as the poorly made smoothie. The employee said no but said I could come in and purchase another one from them. Was he trying to be funny? I expected more from Smoothie King. They don’t have to worry about me getting another bad smoothie from them. They are canceled as far as I am concerned.

Do not eat the Acai bowl the fruit is very sour and soggy sat up too long I prefer fresh fruit not nothing can or frozen and thawed out..
Great smoothies for the go or just to have for fun or relax. I love the pineapple surf with some protein.
