Now, everything is spicy or very little protein is put on tacos, but the price is ridiculous for a plain taco. Thinking about decreasing the amount of times eating here. Maybe once a week from 5-6 times a week.
Drive through was fast and the guy running it was on point. Food was good and a great experience overall.

Ordered delivery, the order never came. So we went to order takeout instead and the dining room was closed. We had to wait in the drive-through lane that was wrapped around the building. Food was cold by the time we finally got it. Will not be returning to this location.

Service was good. Building and parking OK. Modern devices for ordering and paying which were too much for us small town hicks. We did it the old-fashioned way. Drinks were full-strength. Tacos were so greasy they left a puddle in the wrapper and caused the taco to self-destroy. Cue the music.

Completely forgot my meal i ordered a number 6 with some burritos and they completely forgot the chalupas i will be disputing the charges on my card I’m not paying for food i never received. It’s always something at this Taco Bell it’s beyond ridiculous who vets the people before you hire them.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a long time. I had an obstruction that affected my ability to eat. I had surgery last month and the Mexican pizza was on my list of things to eat once I could eat normal again. I pleaded with them not to put tomatoes on it. You can’t pull out all your food and look at it, you trust them to get the order right. It wasn’t even that hard. No tomatoes. How difficult is that? I get home and it’s covered in tomatoes. I spend 15 minutes removing them (which also removes cheese). Just super disappointed in something I was really looking forward to. This was the 1533 Montgomery Highway, Hoover AL location. I google earth-ed it before posting so as to not call out the wrong location.

They were rude . We order on the kiosk and has a receipt. Waiting. Along time . They said they did not get the order and would not give us food or money back . We had a receipt in our hand . They were very rude .

The food was fine, but service was bad. We asked for all waters (for my husband, myself, and my three young kids). The man at counter told us each person had to ASK for water. We were shocked. All three of my young children had to individually ask for their waters. One is barely making sentences! After we received our order, they forgot my husband's taco. We also witnessed the manager talk rudely to an elderly man who could not order from the kiosk station. After that my sister never received her food, and when she went to ask about it, they told her they never received her order from the kiosk station. She showed them her receipt, and they STILL weren't sure about getting her food or returning her money! She asked to speak to the manager and no one would help her! The manager FINALLY came to speak to her and was extremely rude about the whole thing. They did eventually give her the food. The whole visit was awkward, and the employees were extremely rude. I will not be back.

Drive thru line a bit slow but could have been idiot customers asking questions/confused/not concerned about the folks in line behind them, completely obliblvious to the online ordering app and how it would speed things up for everyone if they were willing or capable of progress to 21st centuries technology.
