We were visiting for the weekend and had a. rBi so this was perfect. Ended up getting just supplement because my husband can't eat almonds and many things had almond flour or butter. Did enjoy the cupcakes, hamburgers and lemon pound cake. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to park as is in plaza was grateful they are open on Sundays! Store is clean and tidy.

I have only been here once, but I really liked that they were dedicated to providing meals and treats that were all gluten free. The man working was very welcoming and even talked with me for a minute about their mission and his own path with a gluten free diet. It has been hard adjusting to only eating gluten free because I have a huge sweet tooth and it is hard to find good gluten free pastries. I did not order any of their to go meals, but I did get some assorted mini cupcakes and some cookies and cream cookie sandwiches. I actually was surprised by the taste because I was very hesitant to try it. I definitely want to come back to try their meals and to grab more baked goods! It is a little shop where you grab your stuff to go which is nice, but there are no covid precautions that I noticed. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend those also starting off with a gluten free diet to try it!

I've been going to JFC for a while now & they have pretty good items to choose from. The healthier options was the number 1 selling point for me - primarily organic options. But unfortunately there seems to be a shift with that - not seeing "organic" labels anymore. I'm no longer buying chicken dishes & pulling away from the veggie choices because they're no longer organic. This is a deterrent for me. Not only will my visits be limited but the number of items I purchase will diminish. I can get non organic things at a lot of places. Unfortunate!

This is just not a great place, it is a blessing! My daughter was recently found to be have a bad gluten allergy, and while she is learning that her normal is different than others', having to say no to sweets is not that simple. In this place, we found the fortune of having so many options for gluten free dessert and oven-ready foods. Nevertheless, staff is very friendly and attentive. Great little gem!

Having an 8 month old and a chronic health issue, makes making dinner difficult. But Sunday’s lunch was nothing short of divine! Added a little cheese to the top of the biscuits, but nothing else was needed with this frozen to fabulous meal! Thank you so much, Joyful!

We are fairly regular customers and always love everything we buy from The Joyful Food Co. This year, however, was the first year we ordered a complete Thanksgiving meal (feast!), and it was absolutely fantastic. Every item was delicious. I've never been so excited to have leftovers! We can't wait to try the Christmas menu!

What a hidden gem! Tucked away at the Shades Mountain Plaza, this little shop (one of two locations - the other in Crestwood) deserves some attention. I wasn't exactly sure what they were about, but the owner is super friendly and took the time to explain everything they had going on here. So basically, it's prepackaged meals that are already cooked - making it super easy. In addition to the meals they have, you can snag a dessert and sides to go with your main dish. Prices are really reasonable and I forgot to say, they are Gluten free. Customer service is top notch and clearly what defines them and their mission. If you would like a break from having to cook or think of meals, check these guys out. You can also go online and see what they have and place orders there. Really great place, check them out!
