Had cook make food with same gloves he has touch other stuff outside off food area with eating and touching outside food and informed manager about it and he said ok we will not charge you for food and then walked over to cook area looked around and when back to the back while cook was still cooking more food with same gloves on never changed gloves or nothing please watch your cook at this place I know Waffle House is never a top notch clean place but change gloves and wash your hands at lest in the pic you can see him opening something with his teeth as he is cooking

We went in for breakfast this morning. We sat at the shorter end of the bar and ordered 2 All American meals. After about a 15 minute wait our waffles come out alone. An additional 20 mins go by and I'm seeing several people that seated well after us get orders similar to mine delivered. We're still waiting for grits, eggs, toast, hash browns and bacon at this point. I asked another server to check on our orders bc our server was busy ringing up to-go orders. The server I asked completely ignored me. Our server chimed in and said our orders are in line and we have to wait. She tossed up her and like she was speaking to a child. At the moment my husband got up and asked her if we needed to pay for the waffle? She replied, "No, you can go." We left. This was by far, terrible customer service. I never thought I'd be writing a negative review for a Waffle House but this was my experience.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! I don't think I've ever received service this well at a CHICK FILA!! At one point I forgot I was at Waffle House, I thought i was at Ruth's Chris! I know people don't normally take the time to leave reviews so I HAD TO. These people must be recognized!!!! P.S. the jukebox played all the right tunes!

Always a comforting classic. Chocolate chip waffles are delicious.
The cook at this location is the bomb! He's definitely schooled in the culinary art of waffle house! Like super delicious, not too greasy and yummy to the last bite!
Every table and seating at bar was filled with dirty plates and food from previous guest. Kitchen looked dirty. Waffle mix was caked up on and around each waffle maker. Staff was not concerned about cleanliness or customer service.
