They completely screwed my friend over. They have stolen from my friend. They have his figures, claim they have lost his cards that go with said figures, and have yet to give him his money. It's been about a month since he originally tried to sell the figures to them. They keep giving him the run around about the entire situation. Don't go through these people for selling anything. Other reviews seem to say the same thing.

I went in to sell my hero clix a few weeks ago and service was horrible. It took over 2 weeks to get an apraissal and once i did, i have yet to receieve any payment. They lost my cards and keep postponing my payment. They have now stolen my property and i will be reporting them for theft.

STAY AWAY! This “business” for the lack of a better term is run by incompetent people. Do not do any business with them when it comes to selling collectibles of any type. They will take your merchandise lose half of it, claim it’s your fault then refuse to either pay you or give you your stuff back. They have stolen not just from me but others before as well. This group can never get anything right. All they care about is taking your money. You can place an order with them and then it never gets actually placed by the company. Several times I’ve been in the store listening to them scramble around trying to find something someone ordered a month before. There’s a reason why the regualrs that worked there and volunteered there left to play at other stores. The “leadership” in this store don’t care about anything but scamming money out of people. And what a surprise now after having dealt with them for almost a month about not getting my money for figures they stole from me their phone no longer works and goes straight to voice mail without the option of even leaving one. That’s the sketchiest thing I’ve heard of. You know the company is doing the wrong thing when they won’t even answer their phone anymore.

The worst business partner. I purchased LORCANA on eBay, but I haven't received the item. He doesn't even reply. It's a scam. It's very dangerous. It is best not to do business with this person.

Nice game shop and cafe. Food was good and not very expensive. I had the Phoenix, buffalo chicken sandwich, and it was good.Good selection of boardgames to play and lots of tables to play any sort of games. Very lively with a good number of people playing various things but not overly loud. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice game shop.

Bunch of dumb hicks can't send out an order correctly or be bothered to respond to messages. Then check your tcgplayer account once in a while, absurd that you're even allowed to sell on there anymore.

We go weekly, and the past few times we have gone, the service has been horrible. A waited almost 2 hours for our food a few weeks ago despite me continuously checking to see if it was ready. The following week, I ordered milkshakes and waited 45 minutes only to be told that the person who was supposed to make them forgot about them. The place is always dirty, and the bathrooms smell like they are never cleaned.

Simply the best RPG store in North Alabama. They do carry some minatures and a wide variety of games. There are various tournaments and roleplaying groups meeting here daily.

We had a birthday party here and the food was great and the staff was so nice and accommodating! Also they have a great selection of cards and tabletop games!

This store sells on TCG player. I ordered from them and received nothing. had to wait almost a month to get my money back. This was not a TCG direct order, it was from THEM. Garbage organizational skills and zero communication.

Went in to order a sandwich. First time going here. Employee saw me pick up menu and read it for about 5 minutes without saying hello or anything. Settled on 1 of the q grilled cheeses. Walk to register to order and he tells me he’s not sure where the other employee went and can’t help me.

Today I drive from Hazel Green to the store. So about a hour round trip cause their website said they had a couple bundles of Wilds of Eldraine. I get there and they have been out of that product for days. Person comes from the back and tells me I should have called before coming up there. Isn’t that what the website is for. I’ve done a lot of business at this store. That’s not good customer service or business what so ever. I gave this review two stars only cause my other business hasn’t been like this.
