Neat place. It's inside a building with other businesses and maybe a conference area? It certainly doesn't look on the outside when it looks like on the inside. I had the quiche and a mocha which looked prettier than the photo that I posted. By the time I thought about it, I had already taken a sip ?. It was very smooth and mild. Not a strong coffee - mocha was not strong but also not bitter. I like eggy stuff so I thought the quiche was very good. The photo looks slightly darker...read full review
Best specialty coffee and third wave coffee shop in Huntsville area. They also serve great single origin coffees - you can tell they care about the quality of each cup of coffee they make.My new go-to place when traveling to Huntsville.

I love that HSV has so many coffee shops now and I like a lot of them. I know "best" can be subjective, but in my opinion Offbeat's quality, taste, and consistency is the best. The Cappuccino is SO good. So is their Latte's and Chai. I don't do flavored drinks so I don't know about those. I think HSV is sleeping on this place.
