RT closed where I live and I was going there once or twice weekly for their salad bar! Had to make a trip to Huntsville and Ruby Tuesday was a must! Hands down the best salad bar ever!
Much better than I anticipated after reading some of the recent reviews. Ribs were meaty, tender (not freezer-burned) & the fried shrimp, while not particularly big were lightly-fried & not over-cooked. Tator tots & grilled zucchini were both perfect. Service in the bar area was sporadic, but we weren't ignored, they were just busy dealing w/ all the folks spread out throughout the place. No complaints today. Didn't try it today, but the salad bar looked fresh & plentiful.

We used to be regulars at our local Ruby Tuesday until it closed. We were glad this one was open when we made a trip to Huntsville. But we were disappointed. For the price we paid you would have expected everything to be really good. It was all just mediocre. Sadly, we have probably eaten our last meal from RT.
