Friendly and helpful staff. Helps to speak Spanish, but staff is patient and will work with you. Very good Cuban sandwich. Saw other food being served that looked delicious!

excessive prices the food is not fresh especially the rice looks old and overheated the mofongo had no flavor and the fried meat we are not on a walk from Miami and the truth is nothing to do with the Puerto Rican food that is sold in Miami apart from the very prices Expensive, the attention of the Salvadoran boy is good but he doesn't know much about Puerto Rican food that's why I give him a star!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was there on 12/10/21 and ordered the Plato tipico, rice with pigeon peas, pernil and pastel. The rice was old I don't know if it had been heated up more than once. It was dry and the flavor was horrible. The pastel was small and tasted nothing like a pastel. It tasted more like a mass of salt and no flavor. It was the worst pastel I've ever had. The Pernil was the best thing on the plate. I tasted good but was not fresh. I can't believe they are selling this food to the public it was terrible. If they keep this up, they won't last long serving garbage to customers and then charging a lot of money for the trash that they are serving. I travel from Scottsboro Al for this and to get that terrible food was the reason I took the time to write this review. That was the worst Boricua food I've tasted in my life!! Please fix the issues so that I can continue to support your business if you care.

Was looking for a good Puerto Rican restaurant after moving down here from Chicago and I found this place. The food was phenomenal. I got pernil asado, tostones, and arroz con gandules. We also got a couple fresh squeezed juices to drink and those were excellent. Would highly recommend this place for lunch or a dinner out. Prices were very fair too, looks like they had to raise some of the prices about $0.50 to a $1 which is totally understandable given the increased cost of food right now. Hope this business keeps doing well and I will be back soon.

Great service and fantastic food! Will be going back....
I just had the roast pork, yellow rice with pigeon peas, ripe fried plantains, and the side salad, and everything was delicious and fresh! The place was very clean, the Spanish tunes was rocking, and the service was great! If your looking for a decent meal on a Sunday afternoon I recommend giving this place a try!!
