Order the sunriser. Had to wait an excessively long time after I paid. When food was delivered to my car eggs were burnt and rubbery and sausage was burnt and the bread was dry. Every time I try to give this place one more chance it disappoints.

Got the 5 for $5 deal. The 2 cheese sliders I got were soggy & not warm. The hotdog bun was stale. Cheap & fast.Parking: Decent sized parking lot but the pavement really needs a refresh. Cracked up & broken all over the place.

Every time I stop at this restaurant the workers are sitting in the lobby, and they either don't answer on the drive thru or say they are closed. It may be best you keep these workers because this establishment clearly just hires bodies.

Only 2 people working in store, and one of them was a trainee. The main dude was awesome he let us in and waited on us, served us while also running the drive thru, his trainee was bagging and doing everything he could to help. They were AWESOME!!!!
The person taking our order seemed could not understand, wanted to add cheese when I clearly did not ask for cheese. I asked for unswert tea three times and was given sweet tea. I didn't bother to wait for what I had asked for. I also did not ask for a combo but he didn't seem to know how to order just burgers and fries, he insisted I had to have a combo if I wanted fries which was extra annoying since I didn't get the unsweetened tea I asked for to complete the combo I also didn't ask for. Finally the Krystals were hastily made with the meat only half on the bun and some had a lot of onions and others had almost none. We will not be likely to go back to this location, it was too much. We ordered inside rather than the drive through in an attempt to get the order right. It's fast food but still one can expect to get what is ordered without the hassle.

If you're a krystal's fan and or breakfast person. This is the best krystals to come to in Jefferson county AL. Hands down. Always good fresh hot food, courtesy staff members, they take pride in making their food here and it's always good and is the only one I eat at in Birmingham Alabama Jefferson county on top of that you can get breakfast or lunch items in the morning

Just went through the drive thru the first time passed all the employees were sitting in the lobby second time they were in place So they took my order then said what else I said thats it he said ok can you repeat your order this happen third time I said never mind and pulled off they standing in the drive thru laughing. Sad as

This location has been stricken with the "we're going to close early the hell with the customers" bug. Don't count on actually finding them open late at night. Don't waste the gas. It's a shame the food is so good and the management supervision is so bad.
