I ordered a carrot cake and a cookie cake for my son's birthday. They were delicious and a big hit! There was a misunderstanding about when the items were to be picked up, but they handled it like a champ. Everything was on time and perfect.

Mad Hatter Cupcakes recently made my daughter’s cake and cupcakes for her first birthday! They blew my expectations out of the water. The design and taste are unmatched. I highly recommend using them for any event or just stoping by for a sweet treat! 🧁🩷

We are not from the area. Came for the Harry Potter themed day. Cupcakes tasted great but were pretty small for the price. Good service great atmosphere.

I love everything about Mad Hatter Cupcakes! Their flavors are not only tasty but very creative. Theme days are super duper fun! They offer gluten free options too, for those that need it. I have ordered several special occasion cakes and cookie cakes. They have all been beautiful and so so so good! The decor is very cute! Mackenzie does such a great job decorating for the seasons, theme days (hello fun and adorable activities for all ages!!), and JSU Homecoming. Mad Hatter does a tremendous amount of work with the other businesses on the square to help promote each other, take part in Jacksonville City festivities including Halloween and Christmas gatherings, and several charitable groups. They also sell several items for parties. The best part, to me, are the owners. They are amazingly kind, caring, creative, and super hardworking. They have a great eye for hiring their staff, as well.

Love this place! The cupcakes are unique and delicious. I’m gluten intolerant and it means so much that they have a variety of gluten free cupcakes and cookie cakes. They are the best!

The cutest bakery with the most delicious cupcakes! The owners, Mackenzie and her husband, (and their staff) can create anything you can come up with. Definitely the go to for cupcakes around here!!

I’ve been obsessed with a couple of the cupcakes on Mad Hatter’s menu, so I decided to have one of them made into a cake for a birthday! Sharp Dressed Man as a cake was even more amazing, if possible, than the cupcake! It was DELICIOUS! Easily one of the best cakes I’ve ever had in my life. The customer service here is top notch also and the prices are great. 10/10 highly recommend swinging by if you haven’t been in there. This place is truly an asset to Jacksonville.

These cupcakes are delicious! The best I’ve ever had and even when we travel and eat fancy baked goods, we always come back to Madhatter! We placed an order last minute for delivery and it was so easy and efficient! I was impressed with the delivery service.

I stopped in today (Dec 29th 2024) for the first time. I ordered two Cupcakes since it was my first visit. These are the best Cupcakes I’ve eaten from a Bakery in a long time. No wonder it was busy. I’ll definitely be back soon to try more flavors.
