You can't beat their chopped pork sandwich, I only visit when we deer hunt so I haven't had a chance to try their brisket but I'm looking forward to it.

I love Tim's walkabout been eating there a long long time but since his move 2 out of the 3 times I've been there I've been disappointed but I feel very asure when I speak to him it will be better and fixed and won't happen again I still support him and his bbq but he needs to know the food isn't as good since the move .....sorry gotta be real and honest with my opinion ? ?
It gets no better than Tim's Walk Hard BB-Q. From the minute you open the door and step into a smoked culinary delight for more than just your tastebuds. It is a delight for all your senses. Tim is a great guy who makes me feel as if I'm catching up with an old friend as I place my order with Penny, she's fast and friendly and never gets my order wrong. The barbecue is out of this world!
If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. The worst food I have had in a long time. BBQ is hard to mess up, but this place REALLY sucks. We payed for 1 BBQ plate & 1 chicken plate with baked beans and potato salad. Ending up getting home and both were chicken. The chicken was rubbery and soaked in water. Completely season-less. Their sauce comes from a bottle, it taste just like Great Value, actually worse. The baked beans are plain “Pork and Beans” they don’t even try to hide that. The potato salad was just ew. Typically, we rarely eat out, but just stopped by coming back from Collinsville. Huge mistake. $10.50 a plate and I ate one bite of everything and we both gave them to the dogs. Well…. They wouldn’t even eat it. Not sure how everything else is, but, I’d rather not find out if you cannot make BBQ chicken, baked beans, or potato salad enjoyable, nonetheless, edible. Take your money somewhere else.

Ordered a. half Slab of Ribs last Saturday and they were the worst that I have ever gotten from Tim's Hardwalk BBQ. They weren’t cut into individual ribs but rather a glob of mixed pork with a lot of fat. Really not eatable! Makes me wonder if they have new owners who aren't capable of living up to Tim's great BBQ reputation. If they cannot deliver what Tim's has always delivered in the past, they will soon be out of business. Looks like they are buying lower quality of meat and delivering a very poor product.

The people were very nice in there. But we had to drive to the place to correct our order. All the food was terrible besides the frys. I asked for hot on the food I had to drive to, got mild, ribs were bone dry, wings as well, beans tasted old, fries were great after i put my own cheese and seasons on them. No salt or anything was on them. Just really annoying that we had to drive to fix our order, were given no compensation, and still the food was pretty wack. My wife didn't even eat her food and I ate two ribs before we threw it all away. Just not a great experience all around. Like I said tho the people were very friendly. Seemed like the cook was having a bad day which happens to us all

Love the bbq here. Been coming here for years. Glad to see them move to the larger location across the street. Store could use just a lil more freshening up though
BBQ pork sandwich outer circumference surrounded by good lean pork, but middle filled with A LOT of fat. Coleslaw on sandwich was tasteless. REALLY DISAPPOINTED as per the ratings…

Hit-or-BIG MISS.The first time my husband and I tried Tim's Walk Hard BBQ, we were fairly satisfied with our meals. The quality of what we ordered was decent, but our pocketbook was not necessarily happy with the cost for what we got. We would have ranked it a 3.5/5 or maybe even up to a 75/100.Yesterday, was an entirely different experience (and we ordered nearly the same thing as we did the first time). The french fries were green and freezer-burnt. The "pulled" pork was so laden with fat that I couldn't make it past a few bites without gagging and stopping altogether. The only good part of the meal was the fried okra.Side note: I'm not really sure why so many BBQ places in Northeast Alabama (including this one) call chopped/diced pork (or chicken) "pulled". It's not the same thing, and the chopped texture does not do meat any justice.

Best BBQ in Leesburg. Excellent BBQ pork sandwiches, fries are good, and they have fried pies. Tea was fresh. It was busy during lunch, but not a long wait. The dining area and tables were clean. Consistently serves good food.
