Happy Valentine's day! Very lively with the mariachi band. Place seems fairly new. Working out some kinks in the service. Not the best at taking and feeling drink orders. No herradura. Margarita never appeared. The captain's guacamole was very fresh and delicious. The rice was surprisingly different than what you find anywhere near here. 3 times she walked by with water and did not fill it. The black beans were delicious. Refried beans were good. The food was great! Finally found decent Mexican food in the area. Salsa was good as was the carnitas and fajitas. Service was great too but they got one order wrong (which can happen anywhere). Biggest disappointment was their house margarita. It tasted like the mix was cactus cooler soda. This place is definitely worth a try.

Wanted it to be great since it's a mile from us. Waitress was clueless. Made several big mistakes. I hate when they don't write stuff down. Salsa was good. Chips were cold and stale. Grilled chicken was good, stay away from anything with ground beef. Can't compare it to El Paso. Way more expensive. Decor is....weird.
