I have ordered from this store a total of 14 times since I’ve moved here. Today was the last time.. I have yet to receive an order that is what I have asked for. Every single time they forget ingredients, use the regular dough after asking for pretzel, purchased sauces and I received none, requesting party cut and I get the regular cut. They have no idea how to pay attention to details..

Just go inside and pick up your food!!!! Sat there for 30 minutes in the drive through waiting on our food. The workers never put it through to the app that our food was ready and no one ever came to the window in 30 minutes for the person in front of us.

Yeah, I do not want to go to the little Caesars in Madison. They are rude they have you wait a whole hour for order that you put in online make the order wrong and then don’t wanna make it right for you. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
I went in for Veteran Day at 1:34 and they said they ran out when they got to the guy in front of me. Veterans Day special was to end at 2. They told all of us in line Happy Veterans day and sorry. But they were still making pizzas in the back. We all looked in disbelief because it was not 2 and you still making pizzas.

Actually have had a hard time just getting my order at this Little Ceasars for some reason..Always seems to be the same guy each time..Really aggravating when you have to get out of the drive thru and come inside and get someone else to find it?What gives? The same guy has done this 3 times??

Service has gone down hill. Every pizza had a 30+ minute wait. Employees were openly mocking a customer who was upset over an order being 20 minutes late and wrong.

Waited in drive-through line from 10:45 to 11:10. Could see workers on the inside, decided to go in and ask if I can get some service at the drive-through. They then said they would not be open for another 20 minutes no signs placed on any windows that they were behind did not even get the courtesy of a employee coming to the window to let me know they were running way behind. Will not return to this location

Seems some workplace behavior training needs to take place at the location. Employees were heatedly arguing and exchanging expletives in front of customers. Probably not a good thing to have at a place of customer-facing business.
