SEWER FLIES in restaurant and bathroom, staff seemed unbothered. Expired snacks on shelf. SERVING ROTTEN BANANAS!! Employees like to sit in the dark to keep from anyone coming in, I asked them to turn on lights it seemed strange standing there in the dark after they had been opened for an hour placing my order as well while their preparing my smoothie. Customers have to request employees to wash hands after taking money, coming from the bathroom as well before they prepare your smoothie. I complained about the rudeness of one of the employees who let me know she takes my order, and then gives it to me, her excuse for not being courteous is because she doesn't like to talk. The owner (Mike B.) is a stalker he tracked me down probably through FB called my job to tell me not to return to his store. I hung up on him, he called right back. A few days later his Manager sent a message to my cellphone. I had to contact my Lawyer and threaten to file harassment charges to keep them from contacting me. This Mike character is the same one who lied on Dana Fletcher, but I guess we shouldn't have believed the video. Mike thinks the community has forgotten the role he played. Thanks for helping me to keep my money in my pocket. SWEEP AROUND YOUR OWN FRONT DOOR!!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH ABOUT THIS PLACE.

Horrible customer service. I stood at the counter for 10 min waiting to place my order. No one working said hello or tried to take my order. Then another customer walks up and his order was taken right away. I left. Wtf??

I travel for work and love planet smoothie so I've been to a ton of them all over, but I had one of the best experiences here. I am a difficult customer bc I take stuff from one smoothie and add. Anyway Emily and Hannah helped basically make a custom smoothie taking from others and adding and it was delicious! They gave excellent customer service and were so friendly, sweet, helpful, and patient. We had a great conversation. The store was clean and nice. Definitely would recommend this Planet Smoothie.

I got toPlanet Smoothie about 22 minutes ago to order one smoothie just 1 and still don't have what I ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is seriously no work ethic or sense of urgency. I would walk out except they have already taken my money this place is something you should pass up.

THE SERVICE IS INCREDIBLE! If you have not had the cookie crusher protein shake you are not really living. Katie is easily the best worker out of any retail worker of all time. You must come to planet smoothie madison or else!!

Love their Keto smoothies but today the 2 young ladies working didn’t seem to know what it was. They literally just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid until I just finally walked out. I will go elsewhere next time.
