Second time in a row we waited 30 minutes to get seated after having a reservation. It took 2 hours to finish. One of my parties’ drink was sent back twice and was still charged for both drinks. Waitress said she couldn’t do anything about itWon’t be

We were seated right away. Music was so loud I had trouble listening to server as well as my husband. Fried mushrooms were OK. The coating didn't stick very well. We ordered half order of king crab legs - the highlight of our dinner! My husband ordered halibut with baked potatoes and couscous ( could have left that off and offered another side, very spicy). I had the filet med rare cooked to perfection! I opted for the Mashed potatoes which as it turns out was the baked potato scooped out as there was some skin left in my potato. Not very creamy. We were stuffed when we left. For us since I am a bit handicapped, the parking makes it much easier to access than competing steak places. The best part was the king crab!Parking: Easy for handicapped people to get to door.

We had reservations at 7:45, wasn’t seated for 30 mins. It was another 15 mins before the waitress came to get our drink order. It was 1 hour after our arrival before we got our food, the restaurant now closes in 15 mins. Food was great and the best part of our experience! This was definitely not a delightful visit. I was hoping with reservations things would have moved on a little faster.

This place is actually a step back and forwards in time. It has a theme that would fit in the Great Gatsby and the food is fabulous. The dessert menu is to die for and enough to give her a few bites.

Food was phenomenal, but the server was a little off his game. It's pricey but definitely worth it for a special occasion.

I wanted to use a $100 debit card as partial payment for the check with the remaining balance charged to my credit card. I was told I could only charge $80 to the debit card which was really annoying and made no sense to me. This left me irritated.

Even with reservations and 9 empty tables, we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. We have experienced this twice at Tom Brown's and I do not understand why you are told to wait with empty tables. The hostesses were a little arrogant on Saturday night not the normal friendly staff we usually encounter. Reservations should be honored with no longer than a five minute wait especially with many empty tables. Our waitress Chloe was fantastic!

This place is fantastic! Great ambiance for a date night. Bob brought the vibes and drinks for a great experience☺️ I had lobster bisque, which was great. For my entrée, the 8 Oz flat Iron wagyu w/loaded baked potato????. It's a great intimate spot for date night, girls' night, or happy hour for sure. I will be back!

Eaten here before, really good! This time it was not, Filet was a bit too done, lobster was tasty but tough. Not impressed with service either, tipped well anyway, it's a thankless job sometimes. I will probably try a new restaurant, this was not memorable at all. We did ask for our food to be cooked and were charged an extra $3 for each entrée, really. Again, don't mind paying but that seems excessive. The bill was almost $200 and tipped $50 so it's not the money, just say there is a charge for cooking your food.
