Only one or three employees was working on the day I ordered via the drive thru. While I understand the happens, it resulted in a slow line and my whopper being completely made wrong when I wanted special requests for it.Otherwise, food was still good as I love Burger King. But I feel this restaurant itself could use some improvements

I would never come to this location NEVER EVER again, my husband gave the drive thru cashier his card and he asked for a cup of water the cashier then rudely said next time ask for it over the speaker so I then stated for him to give her the bag back we didn’t want the food… The cashier then stated that we were broke because the card declined so we got out and went in to speak to a manager and the cashier went to grab her purse and put it on the counter as if she was making a threat. I would highly recommend no one to visit this location, because shouldn’t no employee in any place of business act the way she did she had a horrible attitude.

Keep your expectations low and don’t expect the best. This establishment is a reflection of its employees. Cold food and attitude is all you’re going to get. The only thing that matters is keeping their service time down (drive thru).

They got my food wrong and when I tried to call for an hour I had to go back and they didn't give me a receipt and they had horrible additudes except for the supervisor/main manager idk that was up on a ladder

Wish I had read the reviews before going here. My roommate and I stopped after work on our way home. I would normally use the one on Cottage Hill near Hillcrest, but their Shake Machine has been waiting for a part indefinitely and my roommate wanted a chocolate shake with her order. From the time we pulled up in the drive-thru, there was one vehicle in front of us. We waited behind him for better than 10 minutes. Then had to wait a few more minutes to place our order. Then waited at the window and received her chocolate shake, which wasn't fully mixed. And waited, and waited, and waited. Meanwhile I could see the "Manager" through the window and she had her back to the lobby and posing for a selfie on her cell phone. When the young lady working the drive-thru came back to the window she asked us to pull ahead and park! Seriously?! We then waited another ten minutes. The young lady finally was walking to our vehicle when the "Manager" hollered at her to say that wasn't our order. It was for the vehicle behind us. At that point I nearly went inside and demanded my money back. But I didn't. After nearly 40 minutes total time, we got our order. By the time we got home, my burger was only warm, and my roommates was COLD! And they forgot one of the two orders of onion rings! I will NEVER stop at this location again. Owners of this franchise would be wise to replace the "Manager" that was on duty.

It was Terrible service and time to spend too much time talking. it took me 15 minutes to get a 16 pc chicken nugget, and they didn't even give me my drink when I asked why i didn't get it.

Would give it a 0 stars if I could, we have tried to stop at this one about 10 times in the last 6 months to get my elder mother who lives near this location one of their frozen cokes because they help her take her meds and 0 out of 10 attempts they say with the most sour attitude which I'm going to quote it " machine don't work" . I'm sorry but how does a multi million dollar franchise have a .000 average out of 10 attempts over 6 months not have a working machine. Why even buy a machine like that if your not going to put it to use. I'm sure it's a combination of user error and lack of work motivation.
