(Warning) avoid this one location. This Management is so out of wack. The GM name Robert can't control how to run a business. The only person there that understands customer relations is a manager named Lisa. After making a large order in the BK app. The GM said the order was picked up by a Door dash employee only to steal our order only not showing up. 2nd time was a few days later ordering another large order almost a hundred and fifty dollars. The order was missing ALOT of food,and some was made right. But 90% was Not made right.The next day I returned everything. Then this GM Robert said he would not make orders in the future Because he said he personally made a fish sandwich that he made that we supposed to received, and camera showing. But he is very (not) the smartest. Because that was a order we never received on the first order. Don't trust this sorry place. I took the food back and was told basically never order from this location again that our order will Not be for filled. No wonder score is so low. Next steps is contacting the Health department over nasty environment. Then BBB over how we was treated. Don't eat here for your kids sake.

today i went to the Semmes burger king with a mobile order, had my order taken at the speaker. then came a 55 MINUTE wait. not ONE person in line was served. every car in the line except for the girl in front of me left because of the wait, myself included. went next door to the mcdonald’s and got my food in 5 minutes. by the time i was done eating, that girl was STILL at the window.being understaffed is not an excuse. if you are so understaffed that you can’t produce a single meal in 55 minutes, you don’t need to be taking orders. close the place down instead of getting people to accidentally spend their money and be served nothing.people, stay away from this burger king at all costs.

I went to the BK in Semmes with my husband. I got a whopper junior and it was the size of a slider! It literally wasn't even 1/16 the size of my husband's whopper, which was much smaller as well. I got everything on it minus tomatoes (I'm allergic). It looked to a third of a slice of cheese, with one shred of lettuce and mayonnaise. Thus shrinkflation is ridiculous. I called the restaurant twice when we got home, I was hung up on twice. They don't have to worry about my business ever again.
