Be careful of the pot hole at the drive thru which the owner refuses to fix. And forget the shakes - the machine is always busted. Other than that, good customer service and decent lunch food.
Good spicy chicken sandwich, just a little messy so don't try to consume it while driving. The customer service was technically good but the employees sounded like they showed up to work to be drained of their life force, which tells me they are either underpaid or mismanaged or both. So 5 star food but 3 stars given because workers should be taken care enough to at least be able to muster a work voice in a drive through. Also don't forget to be kind to your fast food employees....read full review

The food was exceptional! The fries were freshly cooked. Service was with a smile with all who assisted me. I recommend Arby's wholeheartedly!!!! A very pleasant change from the other food establishments in the area.
