This store is soo pitiful. There were absolutely no pizza on the line and the little there were it was cold and hard. It looked burnt from sitting out to long. A customer asked when will there be more pizza the manager said about 5 or ten mins. One of my slices had some hair in it which i wanted to tell the manager but he was too busy making pizza without wearing gloves. I was so grossed out man i just wanted my money back Never again
They didn't have the pizza ready on the bar. Even though It was only around 3 or so people in the restaurant, it was 5 o'clock so they should have had pizza. It is a buffet. Then I proceeded to request a pepperoni pizza since it was 3 of us. They made one pizza! By the time I got up to the bar it was 3 slices left. So I probably won't be going back. Very clean and they did adhere to my request but 3 stars because of sheer disappointment and not the service or the food.

CiCi's is just a fun place to eat. I mean how can you do better than all you can eat Pizza (AYCEP).. For real, I took my daughters to CiCi's and they absolutely enjoyed it. Pizza selection is good, really appreciate the ability to order special pizza without having to pay more. The customer service for this trip was excellent. The facility was neat and clean as well. Overall Great Experience
