Another fantastic lunchtime find right outside Maxwell AFB. Classic meat and 3; I had j*** chicken, a longtime favorite. The place is a bit "divey" but charming enough to overcome its modest presentation. Counter service; glad I beat the rush!
AMAZING! A place in Alabama with vegetarian/ vegan food! Yes please :) I had the vegan goat- so good! You have to drink the aloevine if you go here. The collard greens were great, too! My friends got the Ackee and they loved it! We talked with Richard, the head chef, who was so so cool! If I'm ever back in Montgomery, I'll be back to Island Delight for sure :)

I've never had a bad meal here. Been coming to Island Delight for over 10 years. It gets pretty busy now but I'm glad more people are coming. Brought my uncle here for a meal, he loved the food. I almost always get the oxtails because they're just that good. But this time I tried the curry chicken and I was really good.
