Ff were cold, hamburger was cold. No catsup. Napkins were literally wadded up. Terrible experience. I try to always choose Jack’ because it’s an Alabama business. I may have to rethink.

On Friday August 15, 2025 at 6am I visited this location for the first time and it was unpleasant. Who ever the heavy set lady is taking orders need to work on her customer service. Yelling at customers, assuming they know what menu items the restaurant has or doesn't have, is unwelcoming and unprofessional. Having an attitude this early in the morning will cause customers to seek business elsewhere. I wake up having a good day to come here to get a meal and she pissed me off with her attitude.

I have always loves Jack's (Taylor Road, Montgomery, AL) and we have always used them when we have had Student Move In Days or Training. But today was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered 2 chicken fingers but wasn't asked which sauce I wanted. So, when I proceed to the window and for the food. When I get to the window I still was asked which sauce, so I asked for the comeback sauce. The cashier gives me my change. I tell him that its not correct. He tells me to look at my receipt. I wasn't aware it was a charge until I got my charge. So, I questioned the charge. He said I asked for the sauce after I ordered the food. I then tell him I was asked what type of sauce when I made the order. The tells the manager. The manager in a mean tone proceeds to give me the refund for the sauce and tells the cashier to give that woman her money back and tell her to have a nice day. If you're going to talk about the customer at least don't let them hear it. I will no longer be using this particular restaurant for any events.
I love the BLTs at Jacks, but the bread has been hard lately. I said I'd give them one more chance. The bread was cold and hard. One piece was burned and there were no tomatoes on it! I drove back and asked about the tomatoes. They didn't tell you we were out? No, you took my order and did not tell me. Then she closed the Drive Thru window. So now I will close my window to Jacks, forever.

All I can say is how dirty this place was. Food was OK not the best. Tables were not clean and bathroom was filthy I just walked out. The restaurant in wetumpka excellent food,service and very clean

I ate here for breakfast one time when I had to have a sleep study done at Baptist East. The study was over around 5 or 6 o’clock in the morning so I couldn’t eat in the facility and nothing else was open. So I ate here and now whenever I’m on this side of town I always get my breakfast from here.
