The absolute best sandwich in Montgomery. My friend convinced me to try an eastbay or eastbrook deli cafe and I was so disappointed having wasted my time. I came to Scott’s street deli 4 weeks ago as I visited from Tampa and I was CRAVING that frenchuhletta sandwich from Scott’s that I just had in September. For $11.99 not only was it $9 less than that other place, but it was 10x better. Twice the food for half the price. Best sandwich in the area by far. FRESH bread and QUALITY INGREDIENTS . Olive salad is plentiful and fresh. Homemade Italian dressing. My god and the nana puddin? Forget about it. God bless the USA and god bless Scott’s.

The sandwiches and friendly staff outweigh the old and outdated decor and lack of seating. It’s best to order ahead of time if you’re in a hurry. They have done an exceptional job taking orders and making sandwiches during peak times, but the lines are usually long. That just goes to show how great they are!

Today was a total disappointment. My sandwich DID NOT match what paid for online. I understand that they are short staffed as the young lady at the window mentioned, but an hour wait for a sandwich is ridiculous. Then, to wait an hour for my order to still be wrong was and is unacceptable. I hope this issue is fixed as soon as possible.
