Terrible service and policies. If you add a sauce on the sandwich, it’s free. But if you would like it on the side (because you don’t want a large amount) there is a charge, which is okay until the employee has no clue how much or how to find out so you can pay for it. Unprofessional, unprepared and I will pick another location moving forward

Rude service and rude people I asked for one thing extra which was a ranch and they told me I couldn’t have extra ranch, because it was not as far on the online order even though I told him I can pay for extra still refuse and gave me rude service I will never come back again I asked them to take the inside of the bread out and he acted like he don’t understand English

Went here at least 2 months ago, to order this Beast sandwich and what these TWO individuals tried to sell me was a complete and utter shame. ( As though I couldn't tell the difference). The sandwich looked as though it had been sat on. Then they tried to argue with me about the appearance of the sandwich. Having my 18 year old daughter with me, thinking she was a small child, because of how she looks. I told her to go get my phone so I could take a picture of it, so they threw it away knowing they were trying to scheme and cheat me to pay for something other than what I asked for. When I REFUSED to pay for that MESS, they tried to refuse to make my daughter her order. ( I could have left, but my daughter wanted what she asked for and she was going to get it). After letting them know she's not a minor but an adult, and her testimony in a lawsuit will work just fine, they hands start singing a new sandwich making song. So today, I went there to get my daughter a sandwich, and before I walked in the door they realized who I was. Before they even started on making my daughter's food, these two lowdown, no good-in-them, scheming individuals tried to get me to pay for something they hadn't even starting making before the cheese hit the bread. Just in case they purposely did the food wrong, they'll already have the money. You TWO RACIST BIGOTS needs to STOP thinking BLK people are stupid. You BOTH are two lying, cheating, scheming people. You both have the MOST deplorable, nastiest, unpleasant demeanor and unprofessional behavior individuals can have. Most of the time, your food doesn't look right, the vegetables looks old ESPECIALLY the lettuce, you cross contaminants the food and the countertop is unclean. And you BOTH have TERRIBLE habit of not giving customers of Color what they ask for. Any customer DOES NOT have to pay before their food is fixed and served CORRECTLY. You should NOT be in control of any business, especially something as popular as a Subway. You make it look EXTREMELY BAD. I try not to wish any ill will on people, but you BOTH is gonna reap your Wicked Evilness back.Vegetarian options: The lettuce and other vegetables are old and no good.

I don't understand why people can't make a sandwich the way you were taught to make a sandwich. If you don't get it toasted they don't know how to heat the meat. Yes I got ovens and microwaves right behind them. Getting it toasted doesn't heat the meat anyway, especially if you have a steak sandwich. Last time I got food delivered from here the meat was freezing cold on both sandwiches. Like no attempt at all to make it warm...after I took it and microwaved it and fixed it up it was fine.... The subway down by Walmart is way better.

The bread I was offered looked like it had been dropped on the floor so I declined and before I could leave the restaurant the owner asks me why after explaining about the bread he then rudely says to me I don't have to come back to a place that I frequented weekly. He's right. Won't ever spend my hard earned money with someone who doesn't appreciate their customers
