Yall need to drastically improve. Its embarassing the skimpy little portions yall serve with pride. TB on University is 10x better. Avoid this constantly weak version of Taco Smell! I recommend nothing. Go to Taco casa. I wish I could post pictures but just look at the reviews ... Speaks for itself.

Extremely slow, I was the only customer inside at first waited 20min and my order still wasn't ready, then 4 customers came in after & got their orders b4 me so asked if my order was ready and they hadn't even started on it yet, so asked for refund. Only positive was that the manager wasn't rude about it and actually apologized.

Consistently the worst fast food restaurant in Northport. Waited in lobby for 5 minutes to place order, but never got to order. No one else in lobby so it wasn’t busy. Watched the manager on duty lock the door so no one else could come in. Note; this was 4pm. I’ve learned my lesson about going to this place. Just walked across the parking lot and got prompt service at Subway. I cannot stress enough how horrible this place is. They need to either hire better quality people or shut this place down.

It would of been a pleasant experience if the manager had not said "she can get out of my drive thru" very rude, and ghetto because the cashier didn't hear my one of my products I wanted correctedly. You don't do that to people. I can understand fast food may be frustrating, but that's not how you treat guests. Sorry, but I will not visit this location again.

The lobby is rarely open. You have to argue with the workers to get the food you pay for.Last time I went they left off an item. When I went back thru the drive thru, because you can’t go in, the worker at the window made me give her my bag of food so she could “verify” the order was messed up.She proceeded to touch all of my food with her bare hands after handling all the customers’ cards/money.Good thing she was wearing a mask lol

Do not eat here. We were lied to by the "Manager' on duty. Waited an hour and our order was wrong and cold. We requested a remake and the Manager (Tommy or Johnny) lied to us, horribly rude. When he made our remake, it was wrong and cold. Most of it wasn't remade, it was the same food in a different bag. Our food was intentionally crushed and the worst made ever. Pics included.

I have attempted to order food from this Taco Bell a few times, it's always 50/50 on whether or not you get the food (and even then it's 50/50 on getting what you ordered) This location clearly suffers from horrible management, or lazy workers. Likely both. Just go to the one on Mitt Lary Road instead...

Nowadays, it’s pretty commonplace to have rude, apathetic employees wait on you at fast food places. It is such a pleasant surprise when you go somewhere and don’t receive this type of service. Every time I go to this Taco Bell location, the employees there are always friendly and helpful. Tonight, one of their employees went out of her way to provide excellent service. I went there not knowing what I wanted to order so I pulled into a parking spot in front of the building and got on the app to look at the menu and place my order. I had been there for several minutes and was about to back out and pull into the drive through line as instructed in the app. A female employee (I hate I didn’t get her name!) came out to bring an order to another car. She saw me there and even though I didn’t try to get her attention, she asked me if I was waiting for something and if I needed any help. I explained to her that I had already ordered. I told her that in the past when I ordered in the app and went through the drive through, I was always told to come back to the area where I currently was parked and to park and wait there for my order. She was very kind and told me that she would make my order for me and that I didn’t have to do that. She got my name and pretty much immediately came back out with my order. She thanked me and wished me a goodnight. It was such a nice experience to have in getting my order. Also, my order was 100% correct (also something that doesn’t always happen at a lot of fast food places) and my food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thank you, Taco Bell, and thank you, especially to the excellent employee who waited on me!
