I ordered grilled chicken combo chicken was kinda tough fries and coke were good. Service was fast order was correct but staff wasn't very engaging .

This is the worst Jack’s in Calhoun county. The service is terrible and they don’t listen to their customers…like at all. I grab breakfast maybe twice a month for an elderly person in my neighborhood and they always request the deluxe breakfast with sausage, and an extra biscuit instead of hash browns. Absolutely NO hash browns and a side order of steak. They’ve never gotten this right. Today I asked for a buttered biscuit instead of hash browns and it was so much butter on that biscuit I could’ve buttered a dozen more. They slung the bag out the window so fast everything in the box turned over. This is a common occurrence at this particular location. They rush! They carry on obnoxious personal conversations in front of customers and they just don’t listen. They are in such a rush it’s like they give you what they want you to have. I can appreciate that they are busy but most times I go it really isn’t. (Usually before 6am) There are other locations near me and I think it’s time to visit one of them because this one ain’t it.

2 Door Dash orders wrong. Tonight missing items was a burger and three orders of fries. Chicken is fried to a crisp. Used to be a great place for fast food. Definitely not what it used to be.

We waited over 30 minutes to get our food, they did not even begin to fix it until I went and stood up there for them to see me. There was a lady running the register who just looked at me, and then another nice lady came from the back and made all four of our orders. People that ordered after us got multiple family meals before we even got our food made. This is not the first time this has happened. If you don't have time to spare definitely do not come here.
I sure do love jacks but this location specifically is very awesomesauce. They are always suuuuper crowded in the morning times and I went on saturday so I’m sure it was worse than the usual but i decided going inside would be faster but they were still super crowded inside too but they did take my order as soon as they could and whenever i got my order taken it took not even a minute i swear it was so impressive. very good employees that can work well under high pressure rush hours.
