Got here at 2 pm no one in line and it still took 10 minutes just to order. I watched the employees serve 20 cars before I was able to order. After ordering I sit down and waited over 30 minutes to get my food , I was here over 45 minutes. Unacceptable !

Pull up to the drive thru the employees are cussing up a storm using the “f” word with mo regard to a customer being right there. Then bring my food to me and don’t even speak. No sorry for you wait or have a good day or anything. Just handed me my bag and looked at me like I’m crazy.

Stop in to have lunch with my dad we stood at the register for 8 mins and finally manger came out to tell us they open at 11am i asked why was the door unlocked she said for employees then she asked what we wanted we placed our order and as preparing food never washed her hands and two other employees came in to work and start right handling food without washing hand lobby was nasty restrooms as well I asked for refund and left .

Really hate writing bad reviews but folks need to know as well as the business needs to know. Me and my son went to get some chicken tonight. There were several cars in front of us. We placed our order and waited at least 15 minutes for our order. We pulled up to the window and the employee said what were your sides again? I told her, but wondered why she didn't see them on the order screen. Then the employee said the drink was unsweet tea right? No it was diet coke. I wasn't paying attention when she grabbed the cup filled it with ice, my son said the employee was putting ice in the cup, so the employee had to make another cup. The wait here was so long that the car behind me pulled away without ordering. The person who owns this Popeye's needs to hire some more folks or do something to motivate the employees to work a bit faster. We got the receipt and it said our order was placed at 8:28 and also according to the receipt it only took the employees 3 minutes to make our order. It took a whole lot longer than that. According to the receipt one might think they are manipulating the order clock some kind of way to make it appear they are serving customers faster than they really are. I will not visit this Popeyes again. Sorry.

The entire staff at this location is the BEST. Everytime I have visited they are over the top friendly and just genuinely amazing. Tremell who works there is awesome and takes the time to make customers happy and make sure they get taken care of.
