It's a little ghetto here but they are still pretty good with their food and decent with their service.

Sat at drive thru for 5 minutes trying to get someone to take my order. I could see people inside the store but no one even tried to take my order... this isn't the 1st time this has happened..Just ridiculous!

Please don't ever go here nasty on the inside although they don't have signs up that you can't dine in I went in to order the cook had long hair not pulled back stringing all over the food. This place needs to be shut down

This was a shame. Stayed at the speaker for 4 minutes and nobody still didn't answer. Someone turned on the speaker but they was fussing with the staff on the inside. Cussing and fussing were all I heard. I left, on my way out I looked into the window where several cars were still at the window and the staff was in there still talking with one another. Bad place and not professional at all. Every time I go it's something, but nothing good. Don't waste your time or money.

I called to try to pre order 20 pc mixed. They were rude and didn’t want to take it. Kept telling me to come through the drive through. We were pulling a boat!! So I go in they put 20 pc dark and I had told them I wanted mixed when I told the lady that’s not what I wanted to remove it she looked at me and said, “don’t talk to me like that”. I bit my tough. As I listen to them take orders they were even rude to other customers as well. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!

I can honestly say I'm glad this location back open with new workers. thank you and I would like to say thanks to the supervisor Catt, cashier and cook tonight for doing an awesome job, the service was wonderful.

They got my order incorrect didn't want to admit fault this was the first time it happened just very disappointed they didn't want to correct it

We've been by there 3 times in the last month and every time they're either out of chicken or they're closed but don't tell you till you call after sitting at the order sign for 5 minutes.
The lady working drive-thru wasn't friendly at all..Don't have good Custom Service skills..Before 2:00pm 7/2/2022

This place has a lot going on! One day they're open and the next day not at all. The chicken is horrible old and nine times out of ten not even handled properly. The entire staff seems to have things going on in their personal life that they bring it to work and have awful attitudes with the customer. Nevermind that I was short on the eight piece special I ordered. If I could rate this place a zero they would definitely have earned it.... Don't waste your money on this offer chicken and service.

If I could give it a zero I would. Had the lobby closed for no reason other than pure stupidity. While walking out maskless to people's cars with not even a little PPE on the manager needs to educated. Sorry If it gave the option for negatively reviews this church's chicken would have 0 still. Let's be honest anything under 0 is still ignored.

I never will return to this location. Decided to give this location one more try.That decision was not a wise choice.The shift manage had a nasty attitude. I asked if I could look at my order before I left the DT ( last time I took my order home the chicken looked old and they did not get my order right ) and she stated that I could look at one piece but she couldn't open the box for me to look in unless I paid for the whole order first.I explained that I wanted to check out my order before I took it home because of the issues I had several times beforebut she stated that was before. She then decided to pick up one piece out the box and sure enough the chicken looked old . It always seem to be the person in charge that have the smart remarks and bad attitude at this location. I don't recommend that anyone waste their time or money at the restaurant.
