First of all the manager didn’t say sorry for the under baked bagel. The manager with the long beard was very rude and wasn’t welcoming to me at the store nor helpful with the situation. I recommend only getting the drinks and pass on the food.

Went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon and ordered a while chocolate signature latte and it was the best one I’ve ever had! Customer service was excellent I wish I would’ve saved my receipt to give that employee a shout out she was so kind.

The staff, especially Kenzie, was very helpful and professional. However, I am very disappointed with the food. Ordered the avocado toast with bacon. Normally, 3 slices of bacon come on top, but I received little bits on the top today.

I normally stop at a location in an adjacent small town, but I was in Prattville this morning and decided to stop here. The drive-through service was slow, and I was not overly impressed with their macchiato. I know everyone mixes a little differently, but it tasted as if they only used half of the sweetener.

This location is horrible. I live in Montgomery work in Prattville. Everytime I order on app for pick up I'm late for work? Don't understand it. Go inside to wait 15 - 20 mins for order. They're overstaff and not enough work being done for customer service. It's ridiculous. They also have donuts sitting @ front by register in the opening. I asked are these for samples? No, ok, so please don't give me donuts from there that batch I prefer the ones in the correct storing area covered from dust & germs.

I don’t mind waiting especially when it’s busy. I know every order takes time and is customized differently; however waiting 25 minutes and receiving only half of the right order after being asked what my order is, is unacceptable. My donuts not being the right kind is on me because I should’ve checked before I left, but again I was asked what my order was. My frozen drink tasted and had the consistency of chocolate milk and my iced coffee had more ice than it. This is the second time going to this location in a week, where my drink was deluded and my order was wrong. Please fix this. I have no problem waiting but I would like it to be correct.

The donuts they have are horrible most definitely.
I had to repeat my order 3 times for the lady at the front to just get it wrong even when she repeated my order back I corrected her that she missed 1 item I requested and repeated my order again. I shouldn’t had tipped, i only notice my order was wrong when I check my bag in the car and my receipt to only find she did not put my jelly donut in…How can y’all ask for more pay raise but give this kind of customer service, I swear some of y’all fast food employees are on something in the morning to pass the time always getting orders wrong.

I don't know who designed the outside of this Dunkin, but they should be fired immediately. There are 5 parking spots, but you can't park in them because you can't get out of them without going through the drive thru, which the line is always out to Cobbs Ford Rd. So you basically can't go inside and this is the slowest drive thru of any Dunkin I have ever been to.

I was at the counter seen but ignored for 4 minutes. It was as if I were invisible or that my presence was an annoyance. When the cashier finally approached me, he still never said one word at all. No hello. No apologies. Nothing at all. Is this where we have landed with customer service? Lowering the bar at this Dunkin.
