I was 2nd in line when it started to get busy. I ordered a #13, mikes way with pickles. When the associate was making my sandwich, I did not see her put the vinegar on my sandwich. I inquired as to if she had put it on. She assured me she had. When i got home with my food and opened the sandwich, it was sopping with oil and just as i thought--no vinegar. This is unacceptable. I explicitly asked if the associate put it on and she definitely did not.

Health department needs to visit this place.. I love their cold sandwiches' but do not get anything off the griddle. Employee handled raw chicken with gloves and then with the same raw chicken gloves, cut the bread, put the vegetable's on it and mayo..I told them that what they were doing was wrong and the changed the gloves.. still wrapped up the contaminated food for a pick up. I also have pictures of food they were consuming in the prep area. Next time i go, i will try to get video, I have seen this happen the last two times I have been there. They have no concept of clean gloves... Never seems to be a manager there, just 2 employees that have no idea what they are doing.

Great subs. The person who waited on me was polite and professional. I had a mini tuna sub. It was fantastic, not overloaded with mayo, and temperature was as it should be.
I've never had a bad sub from this location. # 11 (stickball) is my favorite & the turkey with cheddar is good too.
